We've been using Cascade Platinum Plus for years, but I've always wondered what the difference was vs. just regular Platinum. Well I googled it. "Platinum Plus has 28% more protein cleaning enzymes and 48% more starch clearing enzyems than Platinum. Additionally, there's 490% more liquid in the liquid top than Platinum." I took a pic side to side so you can actually see the difference. You can tell that the Plus does have more liquid, tho I'm not sure if it's 490% more! These come in a ziplock baggy with 12 pods. In my testing, I couldn't tell the difference after washing a load of dishes. Both loads came out very clean. For $4.94 as of this review, or .41 cents each pod, I think it's worth the price. Don't fall for they Plus version, just get this one as it does the same job for cheaper!

Cascade always produces very high quality and consistently useful dishwasher detergent. This Cascade Platinum detergent pod is able to clean dishes and have them looking brand new when the load is done. This is not as powerful as the Platinum Plus variation of Cascade so you do need to be sure to scrape off any large leftovers that are stuck to the dishes, but if you do that the dishes will come out clean everytime. The detergent doesn't leave behind any residues or bad odor. I highly recommend trying Cascade detergent products because they are well worth it!

For years i thought my dishwasher sucked. Turns out it was the detergent pods I was using. These work great! Silverware comes out clean and no streaks on the glasses. I am a convert and will stick with these from now on!

As expected

These Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Pods do a good job of cleaning dishes in my Whirlpool dishwasher. The smell is fine, too, although I prefer fragrance free. I don't love the pack size. Who needs just 12 pods?
