Nothing works as well as these. I’ve done the nightlight trap, the light with a fan that sucks bugs down onto a sticky mat, the vinegar and soap—not one of them compares to these. I encouraged a friend to try them and I could tell she didn’t trust they were that good, so I discretely stuck one on her window near her kitchen trash and she was sold when she noticed it had caught so many of these relentless gnats. Gnats are really bad here in TX in the summer, so I stick these on every single window, on the sides and tops of trash cans, inside the trash can lid, just beneath my skylights (hidden on the inner edge of them), on the wall by my kitchen trash—anywhere I see they flock to. I just put a new one up on the window next to me about 30 mins ago and already have 3 on it. (These bugs suck!) TL;DR THEY’RE GREAT

My neighbor came to use my bathroom and blew my toilet up. I had to get these things for the gnats that came in after him. I think he maybe a zombie. I was so mad. It was so much cleaning. I was asking myself "How is this humanly possible?" I thought about moving out after that." Anywho, I bought these and they were ease to use. They caught all the bugs. I wish I could attach him to it. Ewwww! My nose! They are a great value for the money. Very durable. The sensitivity is great for mounting and catching bugs. The brightness attracts the bugs. If you have a neighbor like mine, who's a Zombie with a number 2 problem, these will be your number one life line.

I have to give these 5 stars. I have 3 dogs and they go in and out all day letting in flies. I’ve been using this product for several years and they work!! What else can I say. I use them in the kitchen and patio doors. Easy to apply and easy to remove. Sure, they are ugly when a hundred dead flies are stuck but what do u expect?

They definitely catch bugs if u have an issue with them around your windows, an elderly friend of mine ended up with millions of knats over the summer from his plants being outdoors and coming in for the winter so we got these with other items and its definitely helping, i just wish they were bigger but they are perfect for what he needed and they do whats needed for sure. They are basically clear so not too noticeable on ur windows definitely worth the price, so if u have a fly or bug problem give them a try..

I feel bad for the people who may have gotten a "bad batch" that didn't work for them, or people who just don't like the look of dead flying insects stuck to the windows. But DAMN, these things have worked great for the rest of us! Only 13% of people have given this product 3 stars or less. But the remaining 87% say 4-5 stars. 5 stars for me! You can hide them in a corner or behind curtains or blinds. My garage door has satellite windows and they're barely noticeable...except for the bugs attached to them.

Had a bad fly infestation in my garage. I used these sticky strips as directed in all windows. They really worked! All flies ended up on the strips and there’s no evidence of new flies.

These work pretty good but disgusting stuck to windows with flies stuck to them, unless it is behind blinds or curtains, that is. They are about 3x6" (didn't measure and I don't have them with me), and they have a very small sticky strip across the back of the film. Peel and stick that down to surface, then peel off the front paper to reveal the sticky trap side. They stick well, and I have caught a few flies, but again, rather disgusting to look at. You don't want to peel it off and throw it away with just a couple of flies on it, so you're stuck looking at it. They aren't as sticky as a fly strip, but that is a good thing since you're sticking it to a wall or window or mirror. It has no bait/attractant on it, so it's the luck of the draw if you catch a fly or not, hence the purpose of placing in windows. Flies naturally gravitate to windows, and if you stick it at the bottom of the window, it seems to catch more. There are 4 stickies in each pkg, and you get 12 pkgs, so a total of 48 stickies. I haven't used them long-term, so not sure how they will peel off after they've been up awhile, but they don't seem to be sticky enough to be a problem. They are stickier than post it notes, but not as sticky as, say, contact paper. Since they are perfectly clear plastic/vinyl, it is hard to see them on glass unless you're looking for them or unless they have insects trapped on them, and I suppose it might work on other insects such as ants or spiders or roaches, but spiders and roaches might be too heavy/strong to stay stuck to these. They aren't as sticky as spider/roach traps. At least if you use fly strips, though they are ugly, you don't have to see them right in plain view, stuck on the windows. A fly strip can be hung up and out of line of sight, but oh what a pain they are if they are blown by the wind to the side of the house, etc. For the price, it seems like a decent buy, but honestly, I wouldn't purchase these again. For a DIY fly trap, you can mix a bit of fruit juice with yeast in a 2 liter soda bottle. Cut the top 1/3 of the bottle off and invert, tape into place, and then set around and the smell will attract flies AND mosquitos. The yeast puts off carbon dioxide (which you already know if you do any home brewing), and carbon dioxide is what attracts mosquitos to humans, since that is what we exhale with every breath. Also disgusting when it fills up - and it WILL fill up fast - but at least you can set it in an inconspicuous place and not have it staring you in the face.
