This book is amazing! The pictures are beautiful and colorful and everything is written to perfection. The way they broke the recipes down in sections makes it easy to go right to what you are preparing. Oh yes.. the note section is roomy and again broken down my the dish you are preparing! Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert, this book right here has got you. This book immediately elevates your air frying game to make it taste and look like you been in the kitchen for hours. Great gift idea or an add to your cooking game, it is a MUST buy!

We just bought our first air fryer and weren’t sure what we could do with it. Our goal was to be able to heat up leftovers without having them soggy and losing their heat right away like they do when they are heated in a microwave. I came across the Air Fryer Recipes by Cathy Yoder and thought I would give it a try. She includes guidelines for heating leftovers but she has a range of simple, down-to-earth recipes that sounded good. We tried our first meal last night – the pork tenderloins with balsamic marinade. The recipe was simple, quick and easy to make. It used mostly things that we already had and the pork came out tasting really good and was tender. She has a different brand of air fryer than we have so we have to guess on the settings and pan to use, but we used the same time. She advises heating to a temperature to determine the endpoint of the cook, and using time only as a guide. I used the digital thermometer that I normally use for grilling to tell when the meat was done. Of her “150+” recipes, I have list of 32 recipes that I want to try first. I haven’t included the chicken recipes in that list because it’s so hard to find good chicken any more. We’ll probably try them at some point, as well. We are extremely happy with the cookbook and think it will make using our air fryer (Ninja XL DT201) more successful.

I love Cathy's cookbook. I was very afraid of my Air fryer when it arrived. The only thing I used it for at first was french fries! When I received the cookbook, I started to look over the different recipes and saw that they were written in an easy way to follow them. So far, I haven't found any that had weird ingredients that I would not normally have in my kitchen. I am glad I invested in the cookbook as it has helped me become more comfortable with the air fryer.

I like to read the 1 and 2 star reviews to decide if I want to read higher ratings. I was almost deterred, but I am truly happy I decided to go with it a week later. I ordered another cookbook first, but that one doesn’t come close to this cookbook. I probably won’t crack it open much. This cookbook really is about the meticulous effort in every decision. Well done! This cookbook is pretty much everything you look for in a cookbook. The large spiral binder makes it easy to keep open. Every single page has a large photo of what the recipe should look like. It’s beautifully done. My background is in design, I created layouts and taught layout. I’m a tough sell. This is very well designed and laid out, I’m thrilled with it. Exceptionally professional. You want to try each recipe page after page. The only thing I find missing is suggested air fryer settings, like bake, air fry, etc. (But they could be there and I am not seeing it yet.) Want to note, I’ve enjoy her YouTube videos and just love the kids reactions. It’s nice she doesn’t scrap the so-so reviews from them. I think it was mostly her vids that sold me on getting one. And Amazon offered one on deep sale price. The only change I would make, thicker paper. I definitely will be buying more copies for a few friends.

I have a Cosori Air fryer. There are many recipes that I have tried and like them. It has everything from breakfast ideas, main dishes, desserts, etc. You can also download sheets that have temperatures & time for a whole list of foods. I think it’s worth the price, but wish it was a bit cheaper.

This is Cathy Yoder's cookbook. I subscribed to her YouTube videos for air frying with different recipes to cook with your air fryer. The recipes she shows how to make in her videos, are in this cookbook. I love this cookbook.

It is a very easy to read well made sturdy but light recipe booklet with shiny pages that you can wipe off spills. It has a large ringed binder so lays flat and doubles over. The only thing is, the products used are mostly ready made and American brands. The ideas are still good but If you cook from fresh you need to replace and if you do not use frozen veg or tinned, same thing. Worth the money and has some good ideas in it.

I’ve bought hundreds of cookbooks over the years and I always find that the recipes are complicated or not to my liking. This is the first cookbook I would give a resounding 5 stars to. It’s got every basic recipe I need like chicken breast, different vegetables etc. the basic stuff that I always end up cooking as I have no time. It also has more detailed recipes and a wide range of tasty yet manageable dishes. So it’s perfect for all types of users from the beginner to advanced. All delicious. I never write reviews of cookbooks and I’ve taken a long time to write this one but all I can say is that if you only buy one book this is the one. My house is filled with books I don’t use and I ended up googling temp/time chicken breast, whereas this one is beside the air fryer and used a lot!! Everything is tasty and cooked to perfection and so many options. Another thing I love is that there are photos of the dishes which really helps. All in all a great book and a staple in a house with an air fryer.

This book is one of the best air fryer recipe books I've found. Real meals with healthy ingredients, fab spiral binding allowing you to lay the book flat while cooking. Does have US metrics but they're easily converted.

I certainly don't have any complaints. It's full of great recipes all shown in blazing colour. One would have to do something serious to damage any of the protected pages. Moreover, the recipes are easy to read because of the spiral spine. You wouldn't go wrong in purchasing this book!

This book was just what I wanted/needed, being a first time Air Fryer owner. Very happy.
