Amazing how many types of recipes are included. I've tried two types of shrimp and scallops and all turned out better than I anticipated, and much faster than on or in the stove. The recipes needed more spices for me, but turned out a 4 out of 5.

I have used several recipes and like all of them. I like the spiral binding as well, it lays flat.

We just bought our first air fryer and weren’t sure what we could do with it. Our goal was to be able to heat up leftovers without having them soggy and losing their heat right away like they do when they are heated in a microwave. I came across the Air Fryer Recipes by Cathy Yoder and thought I would give it a try. She includes guidelines for heating leftovers but she has a range of simple, down-to-earth recipes that sounded good. We tried our first meal last night – the pork tenderloins with balsamic marinade. The recipe was simple, quick and easy to make. It used mostly things that we already had and the pork came out tasting really good and was tender. She has a different brand of air fryer than we have so we have to guess on the settings and pan to use, but we used the same time. She advises heating to a temperature to determine the endpoint of the cook, and using time only as a guide. I used the digital thermometer that I normally use for grilling to tell when the meat was done. Of her “150+” recipes, I have list of 32 recipes that I want to try first. I haven’t included the chicken recipes in that list because it’s so hard to find good chicken any more. We’ll probably try them at some point, as well. We are extremely happy with the cookbook and think it will make using our air fryer (Ninja XL DT201) more successful.

It is a very easy to read well made sturdy but light recipe booklet with shiny pages that you can wipe off spills. It has a large ringed binder so lays flat and doubles over. The only thing is, the products used are mostly ready made and American brands. The ideas are still good but If you cook from fresh you need to replace and if you do not use frozen veg or tinned, same thing. Worth the money and has some good ideas in it.

I’ve bought hundreds of cookbooks over the years and I always find that the recipes are complicated or not to my liking. This is the first cookbook I would give a resounding 5 stars to. It’s got every basic recipe I need like chicken breast, different vegetables etc. the basic stuff that I always end up cooking as I have no time. It also has more detailed recipes and a wide range of tasty yet manageable dishes. So it’s perfect for all types of users from the beginner to advanced. All delicious. I never write reviews of cookbooks and I’ve taken a long time to write this one but all I can say is that if you only buy one book this is the one. My house is filled with books I don’t use and I ended up googling temp/time chicken breast, whereas this one is beside the air fryer and used a lot!! Everything is tasty and cooked to perfection and so many options. Another thing I love is that there are photos of the dishes which really helps. All in all a great book and a staple in a house with an air fryer.

This book is one of the best air fryer recipe books I've found. Real meals with healthy ingredients, fab spiral binding allowing you to lay the book flat while cooking. Does have US metrics but they're easily converted.

This was a treat to myself along with the cheat sheets that the same author developed. I love this cookbook which has recipes that I actually will and do make. They are average foods that normal busy people cook for their families. She also suggests what to serve with each main course. The book is very high end with double wire binding so pages will not tear easily and they are coated so wipe off easily. It contains conversion charts and substitutions and some homemade sauce and spice blend recipes. I'm so happy that I got this book and you will too. I highly recommend this to everyone.
