I've been using this body wash in tandem with Cerave's SA Cream for almost five years now. And I can say without a doubt that it plays a significant part in reducing redness, milia, and skin texture overall. I can't ascertain whether just using *this* body wash alone would have the same effects; but my skin does indeed feel clean and renewed - all with no dryness at all. With that said, this product is - without a doubt - worth every penny. A bottle will last me anywhere from three to four months of use! And the results have made me feel more confident with my keratosis pilaris.

First I got this to use as a treatment for my KP problem - to get rid of the bumps I have on the back of my arm. It didn’t do anything to help with my KP by just using it along 2 times a day. But I enjoyed how good of a body wash it was. Fragrance free and lathers so beautifully. My skin feels fresh after using this product. Non irritating and does not have that slippery soapy feel after rinsing. It ran out so fast I almost forgot it was only 10FL.OZ. Sheesh! Anyway. Right now I won’t be buying it again. Simply bc of the price, size and it’s not a necessity for what I need for RN. I’m really just trying to get rid of my KP bumps and dark spots on my arm. So I’m gonna continue using my other products. But will definitely run back to this some other time. Love it. Absolutely beautiful wash.

Actual did what it claims it will do which is get rid of little tiny bumps on your skin. It’s a gel so do not expect a foamy lather. Makes your skin feel soft after using. I use Cerave body moisturizer after my shower and the combination of both products have truly helped heal the tiny bumps on my torso that I use to have. I know it is a little expensive, but it did work for me so it is well worth the price.

To preface, I'm in my late 30's, have a pretty resilient skin barrier, and have suffered with razor burn, ingrown hairs, and "strawberry skin" my entire life... Until a year ago when I started using this. After a month of skin purging (breakouts, more ingrown hairs, etc.), something changed. The milia on the back of my arms cleared up, the purge cleared itself, and I no longer suffer from any of the aforementioned issues I've had with my skin. In fact, I replaced my face cleanser with it and have experienced the exact same results with no issues! I use this one or two times a day, depending on the day, and it always ALWAYS leaves my skin feeling clean, smooth, and fresh with no lingering scent. I use a dime size amount on each portion of my body and a bottle will usually last me a month to a month and a half. I also follow up every shower with the SA Body Lotion - an added process I believe has helped exponentially with ingrown hairs. The fact that it took me this long to find a solution for my skin is upsetting, but I'm glad I'll be entering my 40's with the healthiest skin of my life. Keep in mind that your skin may differ from mine, but it's truly worth it when I get compliments on my age and skin almost once a week.
