This stuff is amazing. I originally bought some locally for $5 a few years ago. I didn't have real high hopes for it at that price but it has since become my favorite face sunscreen. I fell in love with it. I'd gladly pay eleven bucks or more for something that it works for my needs. It does sometimes leave me with a pimple here or there but it doesn't last long, and I really don't mind. The fact that it doesn't cause major issues with my sensitive skin makes it worth a pimple now and then. I have super sensitive skin, rosacea, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, eczema. All the things. And I am allergic to most sun protection ingredients out there. This is one that I find that gives me adequate protection. It doesn't irritate my skin and actually is very moisturizing and it doesn't have a weird sun block smell which is awesome. I am glad to see that they made a light option as I pretty fair skin and in the beginning of the season, the other one was a bit orange for my complexion. But it worked. So I wore it anyway. I will keep the other for when my skin starts to get darker. I use the medium (my original one) on my cheeks for a little extra color. I would love to see cerave come out with a compact version (circular disc for cosmetic application) i have one of another brand that is a great option for when you're traveling or when you're at a football game and it is surprisingly sunny. And your face is on fire from this sun. The compact fits way better in your purse than a tube and it is less likely to make a mess in your purse. **fingers crossed for compact option!!** Overall this is a great sunscreen for people who have sensitive skin in any way.

I am a 57 year old fair skinned natural blonde living in Central Florida and I ordered the medium as I am usually somewhat tan. I wear sunblock religiously and have sensitive skin that tends towards redness as I have Sjogren's Syndrome, which also makes my skin VERY dry. This tinted sunscreen just arrived and my photo is of an otherwise clean face. Though it does not give much coverage, it does even out skintone just enough. The medium shade looks extremely natural, and though I am fair, I am glad I ordered medium (based on other reviews). The sunscreen has a nice consistency, perhaps a tad thinner than the average foundation. A small amount managed to cover the entirety to my face. Though my eyes are very sensitive to makeup, it did not irritate my eyes at all. Normally I cannot use sunscreen in the eye area as if it sweats into my eyes and stings and burns. (Normally I would not use in eye area but tried for sake of review and was surprised it was not problematic at all) Usually I use Trader Joe's facial sunscreen which is not okay for my eyes, but is pretty hydrating compared to most sunscreens which feel terrible on my skin - but it also feels fairly greasy. I like this better. I think this will work well for me. I am curious to see how it works under my regular foundation and primer. Happy with my purchase.

I gave this a 4 star but it is more of a 3.5 star. First my skin type is "hormonal" (some days it's dry in tzone and oily underneath at the same time, acne, discoloration from acne, large pores, acne scaring, saggy jowls, lines on forhead) I am 50 so lines, sagging is normal for age, but the rest is genetic I guess. Anyhow, now that you know my skin let me give you my review. I have fair so got fair, I was happy it wasn't to light, some fair products are to light and make my already past color worse. This gives just enough color to make your skintone even, I felt it sits a little more on top of skin which is nice for aging skin, but it does have a shiny/somewhat greasy look. I let it sit without adding powder to see if it would absorb a little more in skin and it doesn't really so I put a light powder over. Then my blush, eye shadow and mascara. I like the spf and that it is mineral, and I love the tint. It does not cause me to get additional acne which is a huge plus, and seems to stay on all day. What I don't like is that I can ki d of smell the minerals in the product but I was also on my cycle when using it so I am one of those women who's sense of smell ratches up to 1000 while on cycle so everything smells to me, so take that with a grain of salt unless you have this issue too. That being said, I will use this in the summer on my no make up bum around my garden days or when I run out of my tinted spf base (Clinique that I am trying to replace with more natural product), but it won't be my everyday wear. So I am back on the hunt again.

This has been my everyday sunscreen for 3 years now! I do not usually repurchase products and instead move on to whatever will address my current needs, but THIS IS SO GOOD. As someone on prescription acne medication, I need a sunscreen that will last on the skin without drying me out. This does the trick! While the medium (original) shade looks dark for my fair neutral skin, I find that it melts into my skin well and gives me a nice glow, slightly evening my skin tone. I find the formula to be a little messy so I purchased a re-fillable pump bottle for this product and I prefer this for travel. Glad that they expanded the shade range as that was the primary critique of the original product...maybe I will try mixing in the fair shade come winter?

Really nice, light sunscreen that doesn't leave a greasy film or white cast! It is very hydrating so it doesn't cling to dry patches. There is a slight sunscreen scent, but it was expected. The skin tint gives you a nice even base and healthy "glowing from within" look. There's no real coverage so if you're looking for that I would advise a different product. It sets down on its own in about 5-8 minutes depending on if you're moving around while getting ready. It isn't transfer proof even once dry, though, so be aware. I got it on a white towel but it washed out with no issues.

Great sunscreen for daily use. Love how it looks on the skin. A bit dewy at first but then dries down.

Deze zonnebrand is goed voor mijn gevoelige huid. Prinkt niet bij de ogen. Alleen de tint is iets te donker.
