I bought this because my previous one just suddenly died and I took a flier on this one because it was reasonably priced, but I've now had it for over a year and have absolutely no complaints. Have rarely used my oven since getting this because unless something just doesn't fit, this will take care of it.

This air fryer is great and we love it but, if you are a Costco member save yourself $40 and buy it directly from them. This was purchased from a third party who sold it to me and was shipped directly from Costco to our home. If you are not a Costco member then it may be a good deal for you.

Our first one arrived and I plugged it in and turned it on to ensure it worked. It was on for about 10 seconds and I turned it off. The fan proceeded to run for a half hour before it shut off. It was actually exactly 30 minutes, which made it seem like it was supposed to do that. But that's ridiculous. We returned it and got a different one, same exact model. And that one does not run after it is done at all. We ran the oven for 15 minutes to make dinner at 400, so it was plenty hot. No fan weirdness. So all of you in the questions above saying that yours runs for so long afterwards, it isn't supposed to do that. As for cooking, we really like it! Intuitive screen, easy to push buttons, and it seems to work quite well and be quite accurate on temperature. Our previous one by a different company ran very hot, we always had to adjust temperature by 50 to 75°. As far as I can tell, this one is fairly accurate.

I was so looking forward to getting this after our toaster oven needed replacement. Ordered this on December 1st with Prime and after watching it not ship for weeks and very slow movement it arrived on January 2nd. Box was beat up and tape was barely holding the box together. I got the oven out and started testing it. The digital display and look was amazing and that was about it. I turned on air fry and the fan was so LOUD! It sounded like the fan was hitting the housing (metal on metal). When I say loud, my wife and son were both covering their ears. It was horrible. So I turned it off and turned it to bake. The fan still turned on in regular bake mode with the same loud fan noise! I called the number for customer service hoping for an exchange because I purchased for $149.99 and the price jumped up to $227. I waited on the phone for at least 15 minutes without talking to a live person. That alone tells me what I need to know about customer service. I immediately packed it back up and shipped it back. Do not buy! I should have recorded the noise, but I just wanted it out of my house.

We never really got on board with the instant pot thing, so we resisted getting an air fryer for a loooong time. But … 1) we had a toaster oven we got plenty of use out of, and 2) food texture is really important to me. I like crispy things to be crispy, creamy things to be creamy, etc. So … I decided to get us an air fryer and omg I did a ton of research on this. Chefman had a less expensive one on some kind of sale but I liked the features on this one for us better. I’m not saying air fryers are for everyone… or even that this one is. But I will say, we love ours and we got this one and have been using it almost daily for months now … and my husband really cooks in it more than we reheat things in it. Hope that helps.

Works great when it's working. The inside light bulb burned out within the first month and is not really accessible to change. Now that we're at the 13 month mark, the Air Broil function no longer works. In fact, all the heating modes are seriously disabled. The heating elements no longer get hot enough to glow and the temperature never gets to what is specified. 20 oz steaks that used to take 12 minutes to get to 130° barely reach 90° over the same time period. Time for something new & different.

This works phenomenally, I am a terrible cook always burning/over cooking my food BUT not anymore. The only thing I don't like is how easily the trays stain. I even use tinfoil on bottom tray for easy cleaning and still the 2 trays at bottom have oil/burn stains that you can't remove. I had toaster oven that cleaned up beautifully by comparison so not sure what is different in materials but I wish they didn't stain so easily.

I first started researching Air Fryers because after having a large family I found that oven was no longer needed as much as it was in the past. This Air Fryer is perfect for us and has been put to use a ton since we have received it. It is super easy to use. It has replaced our other counter top appliances. The biggest bonus is it makes me feel a lot better having the grandchildren use it to bake cookies or make toast on their own.
