I bought this for my 93-year-old mother. She didn't want it because she likes her whistling kettle but I was worried about her forgetting to shut off the stove. I converted her because it's very quick and easy to use. Quick heating, looks good, doesn't seem to spot on the outside, low maintanance. The only thing is that it is a little large for one person but it's lightweight and it looks nice. She's happy.

Works great to make instant coffee. Boils about 5 minutes. It has safety feature if no water. I leave mine on the pad and the white light will stay on when not using. It is red when only in use.

This is my third product of this type, so compared to the others, this one is a 10. I don't find many 10s these days. I love the shape, appearance, operation, and features. Striking right off the bat is how I can see what the water is doing in the pot because of the front panel behind the handle. Secondly, the panel shines red when it is working and is clear when it is done. I use it for tea, so really don't want it to boil. I love the top opening; no cover is removed, nay, nay, you touch it, and it pops open on a hinge... fabulous! Details make the deal, and this pot is great to use, see, and enjoy. Great price too!!

Horrible kettle. Handle gets hot when pouring the water. Makes way too much noise when boiling. I unplug it when not in use because I don't feel safe with it.

I wanted to buy a new Electric Kettle, so I did not mind if this one broke, So I would heat the water to boiling unplug it, and put it in the fridge because I want cold water not hot for drinking. I have done this for months So why does it not break? Very well made and attractive and has nice lights. One problem, it will not break.

The kettle works very well, heats up the water quickly and is easy to use, the auto shut off is really nice and it pours smoothly! I wasn't expecting to use it as much as I have but I really like it! The only thing is, the color is a much darker green than what was displayed! I was expecting a more mint green but it turns out it is a deep forest green... still worth 5 stars!

The unit is loud when heating. It does the job though. The color is more of a camo/hunter green as it’s darker than in the description. My biggest concern is the strong chemical smell that has dissipated only slightly after a month of use. It has lessened, but it’s still there and I’m looking everywhere - it’s not listed as BPA-free. I also see that it’s origin is China but it had the California can cause cancer/reproduction harm label inside. Suss*

Box was damaged, warning from Government of Canada "may cause cancer and reproductive harm" due to exposure of plastic and rubber which are inside of kettle as on pictures. Not safe usage of every day boiled water, never have seen plastic components inside a kettle, the lid bottom is plastic and exposed to steam while boiling, potential release of chemicals in to water. Made in China by "Intertek" Only 2 prongs in electric cord, no ground bolt thus potential hazard of electric shock if a water will be in contact with, or otherwise. The lid itself is removable meaning you need to grab by knob and lift it up which is next problem because once there is hot water and you want pour out to cup of tea, the lid may fall of the kettle and cause burn by hot water pouring out on your hands. It is bad design, other kettles made by different companies have lid attached by two arms to the top of the kettle securing safety, but this kettle has removable lid which is unsafe at some point. Product safety is at doubt.
