This cools my laptop when gaming and prevents my internal fan from surging during game play. The lights are an OK feature. They don't bother me. I like the fact that it can be raised for air flow and that it has a stop for the front of the laptop that opens up. I like the functionality of it. The fans are not that loud, and they work better than my cheaper single fan cooler.

Very "cool". Keeps my large laptop elevated nicely and safely and prevents overheating. The scrolling/changing color RGB lights are a nice touch. I guess my only complaint is that there is no OFF option for the fans (other than unplugging it); it would be nice if I could just put the number down to 0 for intensity and it would shut down when I'm not using the laptop. Otherwise though, a pretty solid purchase and well worth the price.

I’m very happy with my purchase! There are too many similar looking chill pads to choose from it’s hard to choose. I originally bought a much cheaper (but highly rated) cooling pad but that one felt cheap and didn’t generate much airflow. I returned the cheaper one and ordered the ChillCore Laptop Cooling Pad. I’m so glad I did - I just love it! My ChillCore is quiet yet is very effective at cooling. The materials and construction are sturdy, and it has six fan speeds and ten light settings (including “off”). The dancing light effects are great for a DJ or KJ, but since I am no longer one of those I find the lighting effects a bit distracting for my 9-5 job so I just turn the lights off or set it to a steady blue light. There are way too many choices available but in my opinion, the ChillCore is the one.

I appreciate the different fan speeds and color options with the option to also turn the lights completely off. The fans can be a bit loud at the higher fan speed settings which is expected, but not noticeable when gaming with headphones on which I do anyway. The included USB port to help replace the one used up by connecting the pad to power it is also a nice addition. The quality is solid and has lasted me a couple months already and I foresee it lasting a long time. There are different height adjustment settings to help find that perfect angle you’re looking for. It doesn’t take much power as it’s all supplied through your laptop’s USB port. Get this cooling pad to help you with your gaming sessions and get the dub!

Pros: Good performance and features for the relatively cheap price. I like that I can adjust the fan speed and it seemingly reduced my laptop temperature a bit. It has some nice RGB lighting options if you're into that sort of thing (I don’t care for it and turn it off). The product feels sturdy enough. It provides a second USB port, so the number of usable ports remains the same. Cons: Due to its design (specifically, the bar that keeps your laptop from sliding down), the two bottom-most fans don’t quite align with the laptop, so they don’t work as efficiently. Also, the fans themselves have blue lighting that cannot be turned off. Since those two fans aren’t fully covered by your laptop, the blue light from them is always visible. If you need significant cooling, you have to run it at higher settings, which is a bit noisier than I had hoped. I wasn’t too fond of the phone holder, as it keeps your phone completely upright. I would have preferred it to be angled slightly, and don't use it. Verdict: Not perfect but good for the price. I am happy with this purchase.
