I have four kids, and I love when I can find comfy but unique, versatile mix-and-match clothing pieces for them! The City Threads brand delivers on all those things. We have purchased City Threads dresses before, so I was familiar with their sizing, which runs large for us. My 3'3" (39") 30lb daughter usually wears a size 3T -- and this 18-24mo fits her well now, hitting right at her knees. And it will fit her baby sister in another year, and because of the quality, I know it will last! We purchased the Medium Pink Stripes, for some reason the striped versions are 75% Cotton / 25 Polyester (rather than 100% cotton, like the plain ones.) I love that these are Made in USA, and they are high quality, with nice even stitching and heavier fabric made from safe dyes and materials. It is Machine Wash Cold, which we did with no fading or shrinking, and can be Tumble Dry Low (but we choose to line-dry!) It is a classic shape/style, and also an adorable piece for layering ( we paired it with Kid Nation Girls' Long Sleeve Cardigan Lovely Sweater S Grey !) so it will be good across seasons. We have already purchased additional colors and sizes, this dress is a favorite!

First, I wish these dresses were made in my size. They may seem spendy, but the quality is unmatched. My daughter can wear these for a whole season and they don't look worn at all and she tends to be rough and tumble. We also have leggings from this brand and also adorable, fit perfectly, wonderful. I love how they fit as so many little girl clothes you find now are super tight or cut to be like college girl clothes and these are just adorable, fit how she likes them, and super comfortable for her. The weight is just right too. So many clothes again are thin for layering or to be cheaply made and these are solid and warm without being bulky. My daughter also can't handle 3/4 length sleeves or sleeves that claim to be long but come way up when you move your arms and she is totally fine with these. The variety of colors is also so appreciated because then we can have a bunch of the same style in different colors. Photo is from last spring, planting trees, she got squirted with a hose so that's why the dress is wet in some parts. I just love that these are made in America and are such high quality, never had so much as a string out of place on these. Thank you thank you!

Purchased for my hyper-sensory dress phobic, daughter, hoping to find a plain white, soft cotton fabric dress almost like a comfortable old t-shirt in the hopes that she will be able to make her Holy Communion in it. This dress is perfect. I took it out of the packaging, told her I needed to have her try it on so I could send it back if necessary. She put it on and asked if she could keep it on. Thank you City Threads! Not every child wants to be bedazzled or can tolerate it either. It's so comfy that I wish I could find it in mom's size, I think she will be trying out more of your clothes. Waiting to see how it launders and wears. I also purchased briefs for her from same manufacturer, pricey but comfortable, they wore well. Now that she's grown I bought more of the same style in sz up and will buy more as the comfort value is worth every penny! FYI dress has very light pink thread stitching at cuffs, barely noticeable that entire dress is not White.

I mix and match this little dress with different color tights. It's comfy, good quality, looks great on, and my daughter receives lots of compliments. My daughter is a small 2 year old and is wearing 24 months. The sleeves were too long for her, and I purchased the 18-24 months. She is very petite, so it's not unusual for her. II roll up the sleeves. I have purchased these for my other daughter who is now 5 years old, and they fit her true to size. Her sister has passed down a couple of these, and they still are holding up very well.

I can't believe how beautiful this dress is! I rarely spend this much on a dress for my daughter but I am so glad I did. The quality is superb. Love the visible stitching, a really nice detail. The fit is quite good. The only thing keeping this from getting 5 stars is the sleeve length for the size 12 long sleeve dress. The sleeves seem to be designed for an extremely tall girl (i.e. 5'10) so I don't understand. I roll up her sleeves and it looks just fine. Despite that more than minor detraction, I already want to buy her a second dress in a different color. The only problem is choosing from the two dozen or so beautiful color options. I got her the dark purple/stripes dress and I will probably choose another dress that is striped. I believe stripes add texture to the look while the solids are too plain.

This brand was new to me, recommended by my daughter who had searched for comfortable underwear for her 3 year old son. the company also makes select clothes (tees and dresses) for children. This dress was a hit with my granddaughter from the first moment. It is a soft, cashmere cotton with sturdy seams and a classic design that can be worn over jeans or leggings. It washes well and holds the color, too. May seem a bit pricey for a simple dress but I think it will be well worth it on a per wearing basis and can be passed along to another little girl!

Was having a horrible time trying to find an orange dress for my daughters pumpkin dress for a school party. Everything was out of stock and I was nervous to buy this dress because the picture showed a much more dingy orange than I wanted. However, thanks to reviews (especially one single photo of the actual orange dress!) it seems that the dresses are much brighter in person! It is a perfect bright orange! Seems to be of good quality. I have not tried it in her yet but the sizing seems perfect also. Update: fits perfectly, good quality... perfect for DIY costumes- lots of compliments! Definitely more vibrant than the photos show**
