Update 6/10/18: I just wrote my review and the USB ports stopped charging. I looked under the bed and its still plugged in and its warm but they dont work - I've gone all over Amazon to try to figure pout how to message to get help and I can't find assistance anywhere. .So far I am very happy with this bed base - I have had it for three weeks so far. I have been sleeping in a recliner for over 2 years because of fibromyalgia. I finally decided to try sleeping in a bed again. I had a memory foam mattress previously but I would be so comfortable that I wouldn't move enough and then when I did move I would be in a lot of pain. I then slept in a hospital bed that had a crappy mattress. The adjust-ability of the bed was great but the mattress was not so I decided to marry the two. I researched so many adjustable bed frames and memory foam mattresses that I was beginning to drive myself batty. I had decided on this bed frame rather quickly - the mattress took a little longer. I had decided on this frame because it was in the right price range, it had good reviews, and the functions were what I was looking for. I received the bed base and had no problems setting it up (I ordered a full size bed). I'm 53 and on disability but it was really easy to set up. It was for the most part together right out of the box. I had emptied my room and the UPS driver brought the box right in my bedroom. I initially put two of the pieces for each leg on, keeping one section off, I later decided to take the other section off to lower the bed because I have a small dog and if I put the foot of the bed up it was a bit too high for her to be jumping on and off and I didn't want her to get hurt. I did find it a bit odd that the box that has the wires plugged into it slides into a metal shelf under the bed frame but there was no way to make it stay in there. It would have fallen out when flipping the bed frame over so I used a twistie to secure it in the metal casing. I had someone help me flip it over so that I would not damage the legs and I was good to go. I have not used the memory buttons yet but I plan on it. I do find that I sleep in the zero gravity position, with a couple of small adjustments most of the time and it seems to be the most comfortable position for me to sleep in. I was very surprised to find that the massage actually works! I thought that it couldn't possibly work since it has to go through the mattress. I also thought that since it was just head and feet that it would only do head and feet. But, at the high setting you definitely can feel it and it vibrates the whole body. Of course its not like a massage but you do get good vibration from it (it startles my dog so I don't do it that much). Its also good that I live on a first floor. If I was above someone I would not use it because I imagine the ceiling of the person under me would be shaking. The only minor problem I had was that I have hard wood floors and the bed would move easily and if it got too close to the wall and I lowered the head of the bed it would get stuck on the plug in the outlet and it wouldn't go down all the way. So I put a rug at the bottom of my bed so now it doesn't move around at all and I don't have to worry about that. Other than that - which is a very minor issue- I have not found any other cons with this bed frame.

I just want to start by saying that I have a bit of a beef with Amazon. Over two weeks ago, I noticed that the Classic Brands wall hugger version of this adjustable base was on sale, originally over 900.00 on sale for 629.00, so I ordered it and waited and waited for word of it being shipped, and all I got was notification that I would be e mailed when it was in stock. So, they sold me an item they didn't have! I had a time constraint for the product, so decided to cancel. The very next day, I noticed this model was on sale, from 799.00 to 599.00, great! I had really wanted the wall hugger, but since all the other features were the same, I decided to order. Within two days of ordering, I saw this model came down another 100.00 to 499.00, well, I thought, no problem, I'll just email Amazon and request a price adjustment. Amazon advised me that since the bed had not shipped yet,I should just cancel the order and re-order at the lower price. Simple....or so I thought, it ends up not so. My request to cancel had been denied even though I received no notification of it being shipped. That just kicked off a thread of emails between me and Amazon, where I expressed my extreme displeasure with their pricing policies, since they basically told me they could not make the price adjustment and my only recourse was to order another bed frame at the lower price and refuse delivery on the first one. Wow, I must mention here that I am a Prime Member and really think that I should have gotten more consideration. After all, even WalMart will honor a price within 48 hours of the purchase. Well, this is getting very wordy and I have not even reviewed the product yet.....just a word to the wise, watch the prices on this item for a couple months because it has gone as low as 499.00. Now on to Classic Brands and this adjustable bed frame.....Three words,Bravo-Bravo-Bravo!! And Why, Why, Why didn't I get one of these sooner??!! What a beautiful piece of work this thing is. Virtually silent in operation, heavy duty, well made, numerous positions that you can personalize to your liking, there is nothing not to like about it! Infact, I feel I got way more than my monies worth and now don't feel so bad about the lower price. That says a lot about the product. As the other reviews state, assembly is simple, however it is very heavy. Mine was delivered to my garage and needed to be brought up to my second floor bedroom. You can bring it up in two pieces to make it easier. I actually hired a company that did everything for me including taking my old box spring and frame out to the curb. If you live in Las Vegas and need help with this, call Assemblies Plus, they sent two guys that did the job for 85 bucks....WELL worth it to me! Beyond that I want to say that I already had a 12 inch memory foam mattress that's about 7 years old, and it works perfect with this base. With the legs fully extended and mattress on top, the bed is about 32 inches from the floor, which I find perfect. I could not seem to get an answer to that question when I was ordering. Oh and in closing, if you want to put the frosting on the cake, buy the Classic Brands Cool Gel Memory Foam pillows......OMG AMAZING, especially since you can adjust the mattress to get the best position for the pillows. Am I happy with Classic Brands.....YES! .......With Amazon..... Not So, but I guess I'll get over it.

Purchased the bed frame and recieved it a week and 3 days (it was delayed due to courier needing two people to deliver) Recommend getting help when putting in the bed frame. --PROS--- - Amazingly easy to assemble only thing I needed to do was take off zip ties, plastic, put on the bed rail and bed legs that's it! Took me 10 minutes and the bed was ready to go in! - ZERO gravity mode is amazing for my back pain. So many features for the price - Remote is wireless and has a flashlight built in and the remote is BACKLIT so perfect at night use - Massage motors work very well especially with my 10inch classic brand mattress I can feel it. - Sturdy did not find any damage to the metal frame/wield points and the legs were solid no bending. - Fit right into my existing Bedframe it was a snug fit but no issues at all! - Customer Service was exceptional I called before ordering and had a few questions they answered them all very politely and knowledgeable. They are real people local and not redirected call to another country where you are on hold for hour --CONS-- -USB port on the side of the bed makes it hard for me to plug in my cables as its close to the my existing bed frame (not enough space). But to be honest I have a outlet next to my bed so this isn't a deal breaker or any big problem! -------------------------- Overall, this was an exceptional buy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have been wanting one of these adjustable beds for a few years now and compared to the one at our local store I saved almost $1500 (the local store one was basic no massage, nothing!) One of the best purchases I've ever made.

Had it for about a week now and use it with my existing memory foam mattress. I love it - it's great for watching TV/eating/lazing. Delivery was pain free - the package tracking from the company was a bit confusing but as it got closer, they called to schedule delivery, which is great. It's garage/front door drop off though - I tried to see if they would take it upstairs for a tip but they weren't interested. The package is SERIOUSLY heavy. But after opening it up, the frame is in two pieces that I could barely manage to take up the stairs by myself (I'm reasonably/not overly strong). Assembly was straightforward. As others have said, one half had bolt holes that were a bit tight, but it wasn't ridiculously bad - doable with the allen key provided. I left on the longest legs, and it's a bit tall, but I'm too lazy to remove the longer legs and having the extra height for the blankets to not hit the floor is nice (and maybe I can store things under the bed) The wireless remote feels a bit cheap but seems solid and is very functional (backlit buttons would be nice). I haven't tried the integrated USB charger on the side of the bedframe yet. I've been wanting an adjustable bed for a while and came across this one by chance. I'm very happy with its value. Update: 2 years in, the controller malfunctioned. It was still under warranty and customer support sent a new control box pretty quickly. Happy with the level of support.

Updated again - discussed issue with classic brands rep who suggested the remote needs to be synced again. Went through the motions and the issue of the bed going flat randomly on it's own persists. Classic brands rep then suggested the control box has an issue and asked for my address. I assumed it was to send a news control box but I have received nothing and heard nothing back despite several return emails I have sent. Last communication was almost 3 months ago. Disappointed, and as a result have lowered my rating on this bed. An adjustable bed that won't stay where you adjust it is useless. Updated - In the last couple of months we have had issues with our bed going back to the flat position on it's own. Sometimes it once and I put it back and it's fine. Other times it will go back flat on it's own 6 or 7 times in a row. I suspect it's a problem with the remote which is a bummer!! Original Review: Using this bed with a Douglas mattress and we are extremely happy with it! It's heavy. I'm a big guy and was able to move it around by myself but most people buying this are going to want someone to help them move it around. It appears older versions of this bed required a lot more assembly. This thing was pretty much pre-built. Put the legs on, flip it over, and plug it in. We have put this inside an upholstered bed frame and it fits perfectly. We can even store stuff under the bed now which is great. Everything functions as expected. Vibration feature is cool but we don't use it much to be honest. It's a little loud as well but not a big deal. Adjusts great. Mainly used for watching TV in bed. I used to prop my head up on the headboard which caused a lot of neck pain. Those days are gone One drawback is the USB access on one side only but I didn't buy it for that reason. Overall, extremely happy with this. The price is awesome compared to adjustable beds sold in sleepcountry etc.

Ordered this full size Classic adjustable bed from Vancouver B.C. Canada on the 14th of March and it arrived on the 16th! Only took me about 45 minutes to assemble by myself. (You may want help, it is heavy) Instructions that come with it are good quality and are very clear..just follow the bouncing ball and you should do fine. I went online to Classic site and read the instructions online while awaiting delivery...really helped. It worked perfectly the first time. I have a classic cool gel mattress arriving next week but for now just using my old spring mattress.. and it surprisingly worked right away with it as well. All the bolts/screws etc. were easy to assemble with good fit. Pay attention to the instructions re: that the motors for head/foot are different. The cables are easy- color coded just remember that the massage and motor cables need to be connected as per instructions. The base is good quality steel construction with a good fabric finish. The flexible leg lengths were thoughtful, but I just used the maximum length...sits solid and even on my floor. This is a good purchase and excellent delivery. I am impressed. UPDATE APRIL 29/2017: I LOVE THIS BED FRAME! I cannot believe how much more comfortable sleeping with the head and foot raised. Less pain, actually very comfortable/better sleeping. Has been really great for breathing and acid re flux. Sometimes I have a mid afternoon rest with the zero gravity...awesome...back up in 10-20 mins. Glad I bought it!
