Love this steamer. Bought it for travel, didn't realize it's the size of a smart car. Decided to keep this one home because it works really well and is way more convenient for dr-wrinkling clothes smushed in a small closet (perhaps it's not the closet size, but that I have too many clothes....says my husband) and bought a smaller one for travel. It has a really long cord, lots of steam, makes creases in shirt sleeves with ease, and the design is ergonomic. It's NOT portable unless you are driving a car to your destination. I would need another carry on to haul on airplane.

Ok so I tried a few and returned but this one is the one ! It works fantastic with great power and ease. A little heavier and water hole is small but I love it. This is the one to buy

This steamer won't create a freshly ironed/straight from the dry cleaner 100% wrinkle free effect, but does an excellent job for day to day, 'I made an effort' look. It depends on the fabric... I ordered this for next day delivery after I realized a shirt (synthetic fibers) I wanted to wear to an event the next night had fallen off the hanger and had been sitting and gathering wrinkles. Usually I wash on gentle in a garment bag, and if I hang it to dry immediately, gravity takes the wrinkles out. I didn't have enough time to do this and still have time for it to dry completely. For a lightweight poly/cotton blend, the steamer did take out every single wrinkle. While it was hot, I tried it on another lightweight 100% cotton shirt I usually dry clean, and it took out 'most' of the wrinkles, or took it to from a point of not wanting to be seen in public with it, to it being acceptable (kind of the same state as though it had been ironed, but had been worn for a few hours). I then tried it on a pretty thickly woven 100% linen tunic that I usually dry clean but had tried to wash and hang by hand to save money. Before I got the steamer, I was about to resort to taking it to the dry cleaners, but.... the steamer did struggle a bit, but after several minutes it did become 'has been worn for a few hours' wrinkly vs creased all over with wrinkles. If I had spent a lot more time and used more finesse with it, I likely might have been able to get all the wrinkles out, but I decided this one may be one to just keep taking to the cleaner. In sum, for some synthetics or synthetic blends, it's great. For more naturally prone to wrinkle fibers, it is great for a more casual and presentable, 'I didn't just pulled this off of the floor' look. I wouldn't count on it for a more formal or crisp look for say, job interviews. Plan ahead and drag out the ironing board or take it to a dry cleaners instead. H However, If you are like me and can't stand ironing or, if you don't want to continue to spend an arm and a leg at the dry cleaner for less formal wear that could really be washed on gentle cycles and hung to dry and be fine with a quick but not perfectly crisp de-wrinkling, this is a great investment. Aside, it does heat up pretty quickly. If you give it a good couple of minutes rather than the 40 seconds the instructions say, it will be more effective. The whole to fill up the water is a bit small and awkward, but do-able with a little creativity. I didn't have distilled water on hand, but tap water in my area isn't that hard, so I'm not going to bother with buying jugs of distilled water from the store. If you are constantly struggling with lime and calcium residue in your bathroom, ya, I'd get distilled water, but if your build up is very minimal... up to you.

Wow. I was a little skeptical at first, but this really works. If you’re also too lazy to set up an ironing table and wait for the iron to heat up to iron your clothes like I am, this is the steamer for you! It’s so easy to use and has a quick set up. You do need to hold the steamer around the same area for a few seconds (not at the same speed as the iron, need more time w the steamer), but with a little bit of patients, the wrinkles actually really disappear. It’s a bit heavy but definitely lighter than an iron and certainly very portable. I often bring this steamer in my carry on when I travel because it’s much easier to use than an iron. The steam gets pretty hot, which helps to get even very resistant wrinkles out. Overall I’m super happy with this steamer. Highly recommend!

What a life saver and easy to use. The design is great and fits perfectly in my hand. Not cumbersome at all. The steam works great. Much easier than an iron. Good value for the money.

I ordered this steamer specifically to block my hand knitted items. It's very sturdy, well-made, fairly well-designed, the instruction sheet is clear and easy to follow, HOWEVER, even with the steam setting at the highest (five red lights) there doesn't seem to be enough steam to penetrate the fabric (mostly about worsted weight yarn). And the steam is intermittent stopping every few seconds. I wonder if this is usual or if something is not working correctly. I followed all instructions explicitly. I can't find any trouble shooting information. Not sure I'll keep it. UPDATE I went back and found the review where a user related verbal instructions she got from support about priming the steamer. I refilled it, did as she said, and VOILA! It worked perfectly. I steamed a 9" x 66" knitted scarf without it ever stopping steam emission, and only used half of the water in the full reservoir. The force of the steam is still not as much as I would like, but holding the steamer head barely touching the surface, moving constantly, I think it will be fine. There is what I would call a design flaw in the control buttons being directly under the steam head so you must be VERY careful not to get steam in your face when trying to look at them! They should be on the SIDE or BACK of the steamer! Maybe when they update it. Here' are the directions to prime: She said plug it in, turn it on, and when heated, press the steam button and turn the steamer over for 45 seconds, then upright for 15 seconds and repeat up to 5 times, until a clicking sound is heard-all the while keeping the steam button compressed. I hope this helps others!

This steamer does an amazing job at flattening clothes. It has many modes to choose from which is helpful when you have more delicate clothes. It works just like a iron but is much easier to use since you just need to hand your clothing on something. The only thing is that it is a little bit heavy so it can make your hands tired. Awesome product though. Definitely would recommend buying this steamer.

Good build quality but not as much effective for badly creased clothes. Does the job for light garments

Heat issues

I really like this steamer. It gets out most wrinkles quickly. Needs more time for tougher materials. Heats up quickly and the heat settings are helpful when you have softer clothing. Only issue I have so far is that it runs out of water really quickly. I often need to fill up multiple times. Overall good product. Would recommend.
