Very pleased with this suitcase! I needed it fast and it delivered the next day! The color and hardshell cover I honestly love and its easy to differentiate from others. This suitcase made it through a two week trip of approximately 4 flights and still looks good! Made it back with just a few scratches and one dent but honestly i expected worse from an international trip. I noticed a lot of reviews about the handle breaking and being cheap. Not going to lie with that in mind, i was careful using it. However my bag was for sure overweight and there were times where those handles were feeling all that weight and it did not budge at all. Lastly, this suitcase had so much room! The different compartments were so great for everything i packed. All and all, great product, even my partner wants his own now!

Four stars only due to limited use. Met size requirements for airline checked and bus tour. MOST IMPORTANTLY is that the zipper pulls fit flat into the TSA lock. There is a tendency in the industry to have zipper pulls fit vertically into such locks. Mine were sheared off a previous purchase of another brand probably by a door, hatch or other baggage being loaded in a way that slid across the face of the TSA built-in lock.

This is a very basic "spinner" overhead luggage that will fit over your seat on an airplane flight. The inside has a fabric divider panel which separates into two separate sections if you want to divide your contents of your stuff inside the luggage. You have the option to unzip that fabric divider if you DO NOT want the divider, which will allow you to PUT MORE STUFF into the luggage. The fabric divider has lots of pockets with a zipper if you want to put odds and ends like body care, shampoo, toothpaste etc into it's own zippered section. It is very basic but reasonably priced compared to other similiar 28 inch "spinner" overhead luggage. There is a wide selection of colors and the gold color I bought was "true to the website photo" and a realistic presentation of the color, when I opened up the box and looked at the spinner for the first time. It is easy to maneuver. I don't fly on airplanes very much. I use this 99% of the time to carry grocery shopping home on the subway or bus/public transit. I use it every day to put stuff in when I am doing errands and dont want to get stuck carrying a heavy purse and tote bag. It is very easy to use, functional and utilitarian. Well manufactured and durable. I have only used it for a few weeks - so I cannot vouch for how well it holds up over one year. I bought the EXTENDED WARRANTY because I noticed in the past that the wheels on these "spinners" frequently grind down and wear out if you use it on a daily basis for grocery shopping to put heavy stuff in during errands. The EXTENDED WARRANTY did not cost much and I noticed in the past the wheels grind down to a nub within one year. The extended warranty for up to 3 years after the manufacturers warranty expires seemed like a good investment. I never, ever, ever buy extended warranties on cars because it usually turns out that everything that will break after the manufacturers warranty expires is deliberately EXCLUDED from what is covered in the extended warranty. I think I spent around $10 approximately (more or less) to extend this warranty for 3 years. If you are using this on a daily basis to lug around heavy groceries, it is definitely worth an extra $10 bucks or so to extend the warranty for three years - those spinner wheels on luggage are far too easy to grind down to a nub!

TL;DR: Case is cheap and the zipper to close the case broke the first leg of my trip. Then interior strap broke. This is not good quality. Took the family on a vacation and bought these for the kiddos. I pack tight so I use packing cubes and roll all the clothes tightly to compress everything nice and compact. The cases weren’t difficult to zip up so we had some room for souvenirs. In DC I was packing up for our next trip down to South Carolina and with the added sweatshirt it was a bit tighter. But I was still able to roll everything up and fit it fine or so I thought. Just push down a little on the case and zip it up. After I did that, I put the case down on its wheels and then as I was rolling it, the zipper burst open. The teeth didn’t hold and now there were two sections of the zipper that were open. It wasn’t that full! Ended up needing to buy straps to strap it shut for the rest of the trip. Also, on the inside there are two halves of the case: one with a zipper mesh panel and one with a strap that you snap the halves together with a buckle and then you pull on the strap to tighten it and squeeze all the clothes down. But with more souvenir clothes I had to squeeze down more as our trip went on. As it was getting tighter, I pulled the strap and the plastic buckle slipped and couldn’t hold. I loosened it again and this time when I pulled the half of the buckle with the hooks gave out and bent. So now the straps are useless. Additionally, I bought one teal one and one gray one. You would think they would make them durable for travel and rough handling by handlers but just after one trip they are all scratched up on the edges and corners. They look old and worn now. I also have a case from a popular brand that cost about $150 more (I don’t name competitors in my reviews). That could be a lot for some so I don’t tell everyone to spend a lot. But I travel for work a lot so I decided to invest in a good travel case. My wife and I used this name brand and my little kids used these Coolife cases. What a difference. Same travel plan, same stuffing of cases, same use of the strap downs inside. Everything works as expected. We even sent two of them for check in and kept two as carry ons for the trip back. The Coolife we checked in came back even more scratched up and and my other name beand that we checked in looked great. I am so disappointed in these cases. If the zipper can’t hold and the buckle of the straps don’t work, that’s a big NO already because how can you use it for travel if it doesn’t do the basics right? Then the outside looks good but they damage so easily so that doesn’t matter now. I can’t recommend these cases. They don’t work well, just cheap and look for better alternatives out there. Price is good but you get what you pay for. Pass.

Click to play video Seems good haven't used it though. Lovely color (remove the laminated plastic) and light weight. Medium size is perfect for me to lift or carry with fully packed large size would be too heavy. (depends on your size actually) There's a little scratch(green one) but just minor so i didn't return it. But had to return the pink one for there's a damaged on top. (can see on the picture/video) Loving it at the moment will know the true color of this product only after use. Hope this last long.
