I was a bit hesitant at first not expecting too much. I opened the box, changed the box, charged the unit up, turned it on and put it in the pool. The thing took off pretty fast and started cleaning the 27’ above ground liner pool like nobody’s business. I was impressed to say the least. After about an hour it parked itself against the side of the pool waiting for me to use the included hook that mounts to your pole to pick it up. When I opened the unit up and removed the internal screen, I could not believe the amount of trash it picked up. I then got the water hose out to clean it all out and took an old towel out an old towel to dry it off and brought the head unit inside to recharge. I am actually looking forward to putting it back in the pool when I get home from work to do it again. This little robot is amazing. I am wondering why it took me so long to purchase one. No more getting the vacuum hose out and connecting it to the pump and asking my wife to clean the pool. It is well worth the money and with the coupon, it’s a no brainer. Love this little machine so far. I just used it once so I don’t know how long it will hold up…..

We have had this little vacuum just over three weeks now and use it almost daily. It is a LIFESAVER!! For such a small vacuum it really does pick up a good bit of leaves and debris. Our pool has never looked better and it is so easy to use! If you're on the fence I encourage you to take the chance and purchase this little guy, he will save you lots of work!

For $98, it helps quite a bit. But the battery life is not great, at all. Maybe 40mins. It takes a couple charges to do the whole pool (18feet) and it doesn’t hold a lot of debris. It’s frustrating bc it’ll be going along and then just die. Sometimes it beeps, most times it doesn’t. Sometimes too think it’s dead so you fish it out only to find it was still working, just not moving? Annoying. It also doesn’t have a light on it so if your pool is really cloudy it’s near impossible to find. It kicks up a lot of sediment on the bottom so you have to have your filter and pump running when it’s in use bc it makes water very cloudy. It helps to stand next to the pool with a skimmer when vacuum is in use too bc a lot of debris gets kicked up. It doesn’t vacuum in holes or little divits. It also misses a lot of surface area. Does it help? Yes. Is it worth $98? For me I think so. But is it the best quality and super efficient? No.

Did the initial charge. Worked ok. Dried the port as stated in the instructions. The red light does not appear on the charger to reflect the unit is charging. When you unplug the charger from the unit, the light on the charger turns greens. Plug it back into the unit and the light goes off. Will be returning the vacuum.

I just used this for the first time. This thing Rocks! I have an 18' above ground pool and the floor is completely spotless. I owned 2 separate Aiper cordless pool cleaners in less than 2 years and both have died in the same manner. Also, I would have to run the Aiper several times to get the pool clean. I'll follow up with my review after more time has passed, but for now I give it 5 stars on its cleaning ability.

Was very on the fence about this product and honestly, i still am. Does it pick up stuff? Yes. Does it pick up everything? No. It goes so fast it does more stirring up then picking up. It gets stuck on every single tiny bump in the liner. Now if i had time to stay out there and baby sit it and get it unstuck every 2-3 minutes maybe it would pick it all up. But the point of this for me was to not have to take the time to do that. I think this is good to get some of it up but in the end, I’ll still have to vacuum myself.

This has been amazing for my pool routine! I haven’t opened up for the season yet but drop this into the pool when I’m leaving for work to clean the settled junk from winter. Come home from work and pull it out. Not sure on battery yet because I’m always gone when it’s running. I have an 18ft round above ground pool and have dropped it in three times so far and the bottom junk and leaves are gone! Reviews mentioned it doesn’t sweep up large leaves, but it absolutely does! see pics. 🍂 🍁 I was skeptical because I bought it on sale and for MUCH less than the other brands. But so far, color me impressed!

Very easy to use. Runs good. Does great job cleaning up leaves etc in my above ground pool, saving me alot time, so I spend more time enjoying my pool versus cleaning it.

I messaged the seller about this listing, but never heard back. The image and description for it are erroneous, but the rest is accurate. It is a LiteVac 800, a pool robot, and not the simple hook used to remove a robot from the water. I tested the robot at a local private swimming class company. They let me run it for an hour and in the end wanted the info so they could order one themselves. The suction is excellent and it can stick to the walls of the pool with ease. It moves swiftly around the pool floor and walls and picked up all of the debris that had collected over the course of the day. I can't wait to use this in my pool this coming summer. I will no doubt still need to do some maintenance, but less vacuuming which is an annoying chore. I hope the seller resolves their issue as the LiteVac 800 is a very capable pool cleaning robot,

I took this pool vacuum to my daughter's swimming class and asked if I could test it in one of their pools. While she swam I watched it run. It did a great job! Disgustingly it picked up 2 bandaids off the pool floor during its 45 minute run. Yuck! But also, good for it! The pattern appears a bit random, but after a little bit I started to see a pattern. Run time is excellent and when it was done it floated to the top and to the side for removal. Purchasing a hook, if you don't have one, will make getting it out of the pool much easier. Charging it is simple and easy with the provided charger. I tested this on an underground pool and it worked great! It was only 3 feet deep though. This will be a great addition to our backyard pool this coming summer as I don't like vacuuming the pool and hate pulling the tube out every time we want to swim. A great quality entry level pool vacuum that does a great job cleaning.

This above pool vacuum can suck out the dirt and leaves from an 860 square foot pool on a single charge. That’s amazing! To put that in perspective, that’s 80 square meters which could be circular pool that’s 33 feet (10 meters) across or an oval pool a bit larger than 20 feet (6 meters) by 40 feet (12 meters). You probably aren’t going to have a bigger above-ground pool than that! Even in a much smaller pool, the idea of cleaning it every week is a real time commitment if you don’t have a robotic pool vacuum. Fortunately, this Gosvor pool robot is only $200 (which is cheaper than a Roomba!) and it looks very easy to use. I’m not sure how well it can reduce the algae in your pool. The brushes look very small and they should instead be a wide brush that goes across the entire front of the machine like it would in an upright vacuum cleaner. This robot is also only for flat-bottomed pools and it will not climb the walls. To be fair, if you are keeping the water in your pool constantly moving with a speed pump, regularly cleaning your filter, managing your phosphates, maintaining appropriate chlorine levels and using an algaecide when necessary, then algae shouldn’t be much of a problem. These are all things you should be doing to keep your pool healthy, anyway. As it’s January I haven’t tried out this pool vacuum but to me it looks like a solid purchase. Before you buy, though, ask the manufacturer if there are any replacement parts available, especially the brushes.

This is an absolute must if you have a wireless "robot" pool cleaner. Or for that matter, anything in your pool that you need to hook to remove. You just snap this to the end of any standard pool pole, and you're good to go. It's pretty thick, so strong enough to hook and remove anything reasonable that should be in there that you need to take out.
