I have been looking for a good one like this for our pool this year because last year my husband had to do all the work and I thought this year he would like to sit back and relax and have a robot do it. We actually tested it out in our big jacuzzi tub just to see what it would be like and we were very impressed by how well it works. This has plenty of power and everything works smoothly and it's super easy to use. Definitely feels like it's made with great attention to detail. Everything operates smoothly and it's super user friendly. All the buttons are very well labeled and the instructions are clear and easy to read as well if you did have any questions. Super impressed with everything overall. I really couldn't even think of anywhere where they could improve because everything is so nice. This charges up really quickly and the charge last a great amount of time! It rolls smoothly and has not got caught up one time. Super impressed and definitely think this is a solid 10 out of 10! If you are thinking about it don't hesitate everything works as it should and we could not find a single issue so far. Here soon we will be putting the pool up so I'm really excited to see how it does in an actual pool and not just in the jacuzzi.

It does a good job of sucking up the debris from the center with the sides largely unclean: of course, this is as expected in a tub and won't be as big of a deal in an actual pool where the % of edge is much less. Suction strength is good and I think it'd be good enough to supplement manual cleanings well. Cleaning out the pool vac is simple enough: it was easy to spray clean in the shower like I would do with the garden hose if I were outside.

This amount of runtime should work fine for most above-ground pools, though the larger they get, the less effective the cleaning will be. When testing the vacuum, it essentially works on a random pattern where it scoots along the bottom until it runs into something, then reverses and heads off in another direction. This does make the cleaning random, but it does a fairly decent job of eventually cleaning everywhere. Overall, the product seems pretty well made and durable, though I'm not a big fan of the design for the handle and the scrapers. I feel like these are a bit flimsy and, over time, likely to get broken. I'm pretty sure the internal filter will also need to be replaced after a certain amount of runtime, so take that into consideration as well. Performance-wise, it does a good job of cleaning up debris along the bottom. It has a strong suction and will gobble up most smaller debris it encounters without an issue. It has a clear design, which I guess is so you can see how it works and quickly know when you need to clean it out, but it also makes it difficult to spot when it is in the pool. I do like that when the battery gets low, it drives to the edge of the pool, so it's easy to retrieve. It can get pretty heavy when it's full of water, and I don't overly trust the handle, so be cautious there. It doesn't have the best drainage, and I'm a bit concerned about mold growth. I would suggest opening it up and letting it dry out every now and then to prevent that. Overall, for the price, you get a pretty decent little robotic pool cleaner. It's fairly basic but does the job, and if you aren't a fan of cleaning your pool, then you will truly appreciate it.
