This arrived in a very nice and descriptive box, in Corsair's "Eco" packaging. This is mostly material such as cardboard that is easy to recycle. It is nice that they are doing this, I think it is a good idea. Included is the headset, a USB charging cable, a wireless dongle, and some warranty cards. I am going to write this review in a Pro vs Con style as I think it would highlight the most important points the best. Pros: 1) This headset is very lightweight, yet still feels well made and like a quality product. 2) Ease of use, basically plug and play on Windows 11. To get the most out of this headset you will want to install the ICue software. 3) Sound Quality out of the box is excellent. Using the EQ in Corsair ICue software, it is even better. What sounded best to me was the music setting. There is a custom setting that allows you to tune the EQ exactly like you want it. 4) The mic. Crystal clear in Discord. I love the fact that you can just flip the mic up to mute, and when it is down you can talk. There is also a mic mute button on the headset ear cup which is not really necessary but nice to have. There is a volume wheel and on/off button, and a extra button for phone calls on the ear cup too. 5) Despite being all plastic, build quality is very good. The cloth ear cups are excellent and I like them much better than the pleather ones. 6) Range is great. Can listen to it all over our house. 7) Arrived around 50% charge, and charged fairly quickly to 100% (Not sure the exact time as I just let it sit a few hours) 8) Battery life is excellent. Five hours of continuous use with the LED lighting on and it is at 90% battery. Cons: 1) USB cord length is very short. There is no using this headset while it is charging as the cable is just not long enough. I think it takes a standard USB A to USB C cable, so you could get a longer cable or use one you might already have. 2) Head size adjustments. There are no clicks or notches as you adjust the headset to fit your head, it is completely smooth. This feels fine and it seems to work ok, but I would prefer the extra security for fitment that the notches would provide. 3) Headset may slide some on your head. I had no issues with it moving on my fairly large head, but it would move sometimes on my sisters smaller head and she would have to make minor adjustments to recenter the headset. This movement is at the very top sliding forward or backward on her hair. 4) Microwaves interfere with the headset and make voices robotic sounding. It's weird but I am sure microwaves interfere in some way with all wireless headsets. 5) No manual or setup instructions. I know it is pretty much plug and play, but still would be nice to have a basic instruction manual. The cons are what I consider minor so I am not taking off any stars. This headset was tested on a desktop PC using Windows 11 Home. That is where it will mainly be used. I may try it with our Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch sometime to see how it does. Overall I very much like this headset. I think the value is very good for what you get. The most important things to me in a headset is sound quality, comfort, and build quality. This headset meets all those expectations very well!

Day 1 review, headset sounds loud and good. Material feels a little cheap and not as comfy as the original void pro, a little tighter on the ears/head but hopefully that will improve with time wearing it. The connection distance is much further though, and that is a huge thing for me. Used my original void pros for probably and average of 4-8 hours EVERY DAY for like 8 years so I had to try these out

My son is a staunch supporter of "wired-only" peripherals. He argues that the tiniest bit of lag will ruin the PC gaming experience. This can be true in some regards, but it's a non-issue with these. We've had tons of cheaper corded headsets and the cords always fail at some point. Some much faster than others. I could have bought several of these with the amount of money I've spent on cheap ones over the years. I saw these and decided to take a gamble with them, in hopes that I may be able to convert my son to wireless - at least for audio. He's got 10,000 cords tangled up around his PC and it drives us both crazy lol. Even one less cord is an improvement. As soon as he tried these, he was hooked. Since then, he has pretty much only taken them off to sleep. These have an amazing battery life. On a full charge, my son said they last a full week - and I'm not exaggerating when I tell you he is wearing them CONSTANTLY. It's almost annoying because it takes me longer to get his attention haha. A 30 minute charge will, at very minimum, get you through the day. The tech in these much be really good because the battery is truly incredible. The sound quality is also great. These sound amazing. There is no lag when talking to someone online. My son is able to walk all the way across the house with these connected wirelessly to his PC, and still get a perfectly clear signal. They are super comfortable and adjustable. Lots of cushioning on them. Apparently there is an app for these in which you can adjust the sound and light colors. We haven't experimented with that. We've only used them in default mode and they are perfect! I know that with a retail price of approximately $120, these aren't affordable for a everyone. I wish they were. I can tell you from the experience of buying lots of cheaper headsets over the years - they are not created equal. The experiences we've had with $20-$30 headphones doesn't come close to touching these. Everything about these is superior and it's apparent as soon as you see them in person. Overall, these are great. My son and I couldn't be happier with every aspect of them. If these are within your budget, I highly recommend giving them go!

Very comfortable on the head and range exceeds that of its brother the HS80max. Also battery life has thusfar been excellent. Used in conference calls for the majority of each day and a week later still has charge unlike the HS80max which required changing midweek. Sound quality for said teams meetings is excellent. As for gaming which was why someone would choose this set, I found them to be excellent. Especially if you tweak the eq in the iCue software lowering the bass gently and ever so slightly raising the two end treble sliders. Music playback is shockingly good. Whilst they won't replace my apple Airpod Max, they're certainly very pleasing. And if you use the dolby app instead of iCue then you can really make them shine (license included which is nice) again tweaking the bottom end to reduce really helps with good natural sound. Because I am older I also increase the top end which really brings cymbals in to focus but that's a personal preference. All in all recommended.

The quality of the mic is one of the worst I have ever heard and the button placement is also very awkward. And like always the Icue software is a running joke, could not even connect my headset to it. The sound is pretty good and clear for the price.
