So far I’m really liking my new full size mattress. That being said. I searched for plush because I didn’t want to sleep on a firm hard mattress. It is NOT plush but is absolutely between medium to firm. I’m 52 5’5” and weigh 157 lbs. If you are taller and heavier I think the mattress would feel much softer. In the end I would buy it again. I do not wake up stiff or sore and am getting very restful sleep. I have also recommended it to a gal friend for her guest room and she ordered it as well. The value for the money is excellent. Quality thus far is excellent. Sleeping temperature is also very nice. Oh it also came expertly packaged and has fluffed up nicely. I have NO ridges or valleys.

Bought this mattress because where I bought 100% of all my mattresses and box springs for over the last 30 years closed VERY sadly namely Sears. I had to buy a new mattress because the one my 18yo son who is 6'3" 280ish was sleeping on was giving him back pain. This mattress exceeded all of my expectations of comfort and quality and immediately solved my son's back discomfort and pain. The fact the nearest mattress store to me is now a 25 minute drive AND the affordable price of the mattress made me willing to buy it untied. In y suns opinion it offers a very good balance of plush comfort and support for an XXL heavy male. I tried the mattress and would agree with my sons evaluation. Now for the ONLY criticism. We liked this mattress so well I went to order one for my other son (also XXL 6'+ 280+) and to my complete shock the price had GONE UP by over $130 now placing it's cost close enough to an OTC mattress purchase I decided to go buy a full size mattress from the local store as the near hour round trip is now justified due to the cost factors are equal. If this mattress can be had at it's original price of $130 less than current than yes it is well worth buying, but at its current price I would recommend you buy OTC alternative.

This mattress was packaged well when it arrived and I was able to open it with ease. It came with a little thing to open the plastic without harming the mattress which was nice! It expanded fairly quick and was at 10 inches in a day. The smell did linger for a bit but eventually it went away. As far as comfort, I’d say it’s a good 3.5/10. I am a 5’9” male weighing about 145-150 lbs and it doesn’t sink all that much. My lower back pain has improved significantly and I sleep better throughout the night. I was torn between the 10 inch and 12 inch but got the 10 due this being my first “mattress in a box” purchase. My brother in law is 6’6” and when he laid down on it, it sounded like it was struggling to support, I’d say just go for the 12 inch and spend the extra couple of dollars. All in all, it’s a good mattress and I’m satisfied. My main problem was my lower back and it’s helped tremendously. It’s comfy, not too soft but not too hard in my opinion. I would definitely buy this mattress again and have not been disappointed. Will provide an update a few months from now. Update: I’ve had the mattress for about 6 months. I’m keeping the review the same. It’s held up well. The edges are a little weak as I can’t sit on the edge without sliding off. It definitely helped in a pinch and is still pretty comfy. I’d say I sleep a little on the hotter side on this mattress. I’ll keep it but for a guest room bed because it isn’t bad at all but not my full cup of tea. Thanks for reading!!

This is the PERFECT mattress! It’s simply underrated!!! This is better than a $2,000 mattress! It took less than a minute to get into shape, it’s very lightweight, and it’s so comfortable! It’s been about two weeks since it’s arrived, and it still feels like it’s the first day! My whole family loves this mattress! There are no springs poking out of anywhere, and it’s very firm! The package was so small, I doubt a small TV could fit in it. But once the mattress was put into place, it instantly became huge! It’s like a big, comfortable, compact, marshmallow! This mattress can help you get more deep sleep! I love this mattress so, so, so, SO incredibly much! I absolutely recommend buying this! One of the best mattresses I have ever slept in and bought! It also stays cool all day and night long, whether or not there is a bed cover! 😊

Not the best by any means but for the cost it works well - Not a fan of the edges, they dip if you sit on the edge of the bed, and this was very firm once we set it up, but 2 months later it is much more comfortable. Love that hubby can get in/out of bed and I don't even notice!

I purchased this mattress for my new home in March 2024. When I first received it, I was surprised at the compact form factor and how thin it was prior to expansion. Once expanded, I found this was initially a comfortable bed, albeit very soft. I knew this would break down and start sinking in shortly after use. As a note, I am a younger person with an average weight - I don’t have any existing concerns with weight which may impact the deterioration of the mattress. Now, about 6 months in the mattress quality is now significantly impacting me, physically. My dislikes of this mattress is that after sleeping on it for 6 MONTHS, it has completely sunken in. This causes me immense discomfort when sleeping and recently has resulted in back pain. The lack of edge support is also an issue as it makes sitting at the edge of the bed or getting out of bed rather difficult. I’ve had such a difficult experience and I really wish there was something I could do other than having to purchase a completely new mattress. Buyer beware when considering Crystli if you are concerned about longevity and durability. If you have existing conditions (I.e. back pain, joint pain) I would recommend you to avoid this entirely!

Play Video Okay, I've had this mattress for 5 weeks now. Review time... 1) I give mad respect to the delivery person, because of the weight. I knew it was 100lbs but honest knowing it and feeling it when I pulled it in the house was an eye opener! Thank you delivery people. 2) I followed all the instructions, I even waited an extra few hours for the bed to fill out more. As seen in the video it would not expand to the 12" I paid extra for, however, after about a week it expanded a little bit more and looks filled out. 3) Material is soft and pattern is beautiful. 4) Finally it's sleepy time... So, I lay down and to my surprise it's hard as a rock! I know it said firm but it felt like floor! I had the worst first nights sleep, the midsection from left to right at hip level felt higher up than the head and foot area so, the mattress did not feel flat. I figured maybe the springs needed to relax, and after 5 weeks it seems flat now. However, I wake up with back pain pretty much every day. I simply think it's because I've never slept on a firm mattress before. Although I thought that was supposed to help!? To some it all up, if your looking for an extra extra firm mattress I think this might work for you. The reviews confused me with the "soft but firm" comments but "two each their own", I guess. Nothing soft about this bed to me. As for me, I just want my money's worth and will be buying a 6" memory foam topper and hopefully that will make this box spring a bit more comfy. Needs to swell for 72 hours ! Looks good but haven’t used it yet. Lol I have spent first night on it and it’s alittle firmer than anticipated but overall great , nice and comfy.

We enjoyed our QUEEN so much (original review below) that we bought this in a KING (via the Buy It Again function from Amazon) for our home. We let it inflate for 3 weeks while we were at the cabin, sleeping on the comfortable Queen. We came home to find it is in no way the same bed. It is much softer than our firm, but comfortable Queen. It honestly feels like there is the same # of coils as the Queen, but spread out over a large area for the King, resulting in a saggier, too soft sleeping surface. I contacted the company to express our disappointment and was offered a partial refund, which was sufficient, but was given no explanation as to why the firmness was so different on what should have been the same model. It also took over 6 weeks to come to a customer satisfaction conclusion. Huge disappointment. Will not recommend this mattress to anyone again. As a return customer, I expected better - from both the mattress and the company. ☹️ Original 4-star review of the QUEEN sized below: We bought this for our boat access, off-grid cabin, where we spend most of the summer. We needed something supportive, yet portable, without breaking the bank. It came in a 12" x 12" x 60" box. Crazy compact! We honestly were shocked that a 12" mattress would fit in something so small. When compressed, it is heavy... but easily fit in the back of our pick up truck. It was relatively easy to maneuver from the truck, to the boat; from the boat, to the dock; from the dock to the cabin. When you cut the outer plastic, you're good. When you cut the inner plastic, stand back as much as possible!!! It threw my husband against the wall! Pretty powerful stuff! We let it expand for a full 72 hour before sleeping on it. I was SHOCKED that it is a true 12" mattress, head to toe! All around the sides filled successfully and the mattress cover itself is relatively tight. We have put a mattress protector on it, to deter any mice/bugs from trying to find a home (like I said - off grid cabin... which equals potential critter love). There was a bit of a chemical smell, but it dissipated within 96 hours. We are both very impressed with the sleep quality. It is comfortable and supportive. We like a firm mattress, and it's a bit softer than we would like, but not by much. I'd say 7/10 on a firmness scale - hopefully it doesn't soften too much as we use it. Even with the mattress protector on it, is sleeps relatively cool. Without it, I could imagine it would sleep even cooler, for all you hot sleepers out there! Unfortunately, we need the cover on it. There is little motion transfer - I barely feel it when my husband gets in/out of the bed. One thing I did notice was that when I sit on the edges of the bed as I get out of it, the sides feel like they lack a bit of integrity. A bit of a slope, doesn't feel like there's much support to the edges. We'll see how that holds up. We have other boxed, foam mattresses at the cabin, that were bought at Sleep Country Canada for roughly the same price, 2 years ago. They are 8" mattresses and have shown divots in the foam from where our bodies would sleep. We knew (after those) that we wanted a hybrid mattress that was most than "just" foam. Time will tell how it will hold up after months of sleeping on it, but it already feels superior in quality. Overall, we are VERY impressed with it! For the price point, you can't beat it. Even if we get 3-5 years out of this, we would likely buy it again! We're that impressed with it! I would definitely recommend it!
