I love the idea of this tool, and I use it a lot, but I'd happily pay 4 times more for it, if it was quiet, and if it was built to last a lifetime, like the large model. It feels and sounds like a battery operated child's toy made in the 1950's in Japan--but it's super convenient and it actually works. And I'm a manly man.

I have a small, appartment-size kitchen, and I don't do a lot of cooking. This little food processor is a nice adddition, does all I need it to: chopping nuts, bread crumbs, garlic, plus it makes about a cup of homemade salad dressing, which is what I mostly use it for. I've had no trouble with it, but the plastic components are fairly lightweight, and should be treated with care. Everything except the base goes in the dishwasher.

The food chopper failed to work from the get-go. I didn't hold much faith for it to operate the moment I removed it from its packaging. It was not robust in appearance or weight. I returned it.

This is the best mixer blender made. Great for small items. Do not have to drag out the very heavy cuasinar. I bought 3. Gave our kids one and kept one. Everyone loves them and so easy to use and clean.

Second one of these I’ve owned. So I know it does what is expected.
The chopper arrived with the outside package torn, the product box smashed in and torn, the box looking like it had been used and reused to ship the mini chopper a dozen times and the included scraper looks like it has been used and returned and sold again.
The unit seems fine and no scrapes, nicks etc. So I’ll fill out the warranty card and if needed I’ll be covered. If you are buying one of these avoid this seller. They obviously do not care about how they pick, package and send out purchases.

I like that it is a small powerful tool in the kitchen

Love it. ❤️🎶 Note photo 1) position of handle locked in place at front 2) position of cover locked in place at back. This gives you THE POWER. Also, the blade is locked as you to REMOVE the bowl & empty. THEN you LIFT STRAIGHT UP holding the stem to remove the blade. Finally, 2 teeny tiny HOLES in cover to stream liquid into bowl which you can't see until you hold up to light or run water into the lid. Chop & Blend are easy to use. I clean with soap & water. Purchased from Other Seller, arrived in original packaging, speedy delivery.

This chopper is really great. It has a small footprint, but is really powerful. It saves a lot of time chopping. The only negative is that the chopping bowl and lid are plastic. Hopefully it is durable in the long run. Highly recommend.

WE USE THIS MINI CHOPPER IN A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN, THE MODEL BEFORE IT LASTED 2 YEARS AGAIN IN A RESTAURANT. IN YOUR HOME IT WILL LAST AT LEAST 5 YEARS IF NOT MORE . THE MOTOR IS NOT VERY POWERFUL BUT IT GETS THE JOB DONE FOR SMALL ITEMS LIKE HERBS. WE USE A ROBOT COUPE FOR THE BIGGER ITEMS IT COSTS 1000$ OR MORE. SO FOR UNDER 75$ THIS CHOPPER IS AS GOOD FOR HOME USE AS IT IS FOR RESTAURANT USE. BY THE WAY THE BLADE IS NOT SERADED LIKE THE KITCHEN AID MODEL THIS IS A GOOD THING AS THE FOOD DOES NOT STICK ON THE BLADE. ANYWAYS THIS IS THE BEST SMALL CHOPPER FOR ANY PRICE . FORGET THE EXPENSIVE BRANDS THEY DO NOT PERFORM BETTER.ALSO THE DIE CAST JUST LOOKS BETTER IT IS NOT HEAVY GAUGE.

Normally, Cuisinart does a great job with their products (I own several in my kitchen). But THIS product is a TOTAL *DUD* !
The problem is with the "safety-lock" blade design. The brochure brags that this is some sort of new safety improvement -- that the blade can not be accidentally removed. Well, THAT's sure an understatement ! Each time you try to take out the blade to clean the container after use, it turns into a protracted STRUGGLE to get the blade to "release". It's got some type of notches built into the blade stem, that make it virtually IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE EASILY. This turns into a real headache and irritation, when using the blender often. I've used plenty of kitchen processors in the past (different brands),and assumed the cutting blade would just easily lift out with this Cuisinart. NOT TRUE ! Be prepared for cussin' and cursin' if you get this "Elite Mini Chopper". **I RETURNED IT TO AMAZON after 1 week**. I got a different brand similar small chopper (where the blade DOES easily lift out for cleaning). Note to Cuisinart . . . . this product is a DUD ! What happened?

I blend my dogs food with kibble, carrots and dog safe spices. It works as it should with two caveats 1: only fill half way grind and add the other half 2: not for liquids as it is not sealed for it
