After reading about some of the health and environmental risks associated with the chemicals used in traditional non-stick pans, I decided to switch to products that use a ceramic coating. I purchased two other well known brands in addition to Cuisinart. I found that all three had excellent non-stick properties, but the Cuisinart Greengourmet skillet heated more evenly. It's literally the best skillet I've ever used, and it actually cost less than the other two brands I purchased. It's a quality product with a lifetime guarantee.

This pan is actually a size 10, Not a 12. The outer rim dimension is 12" but, the flat cooking surface is 10".

Worst pan I have ever owned! Everything sticks to this pan. From the first time I ever used it. I’m using an induction stove never on high heat only medium. Usually with copious amounts of avocado oil.
