Being fresh is important for the probiotic tablets, since the bacteria can deteriorate over time. These pills come individually wrapped, so they can last for some time before losing potency. These pills have worked very well for me. I have tried other such products, and these pills have more potency than average. However, I have found that all of the probiotics needs to be used fresh, since they deteriorate over time, even though well wrapped like these fine pills.

I have had these for more than a year but this time something is off - I don’t know if it’s the delivery ( maybe left out in sun??) or stored badly but there is a weird taste and i have had tummy issues!
