Last year, we got the l10s ultra, but got tired of carrying it upstairs and manually programming to do the second floor, so decided to get a second unit. With black Friday sales, we decided to upgrade to the l10s pro ultra for the main unit, and place the l10s ultra upstairs. This vacuum works very well. In reading the descriptions it seemed the only differences between this model and the the L10s ultra were the heated mop water, and expanded mopping radius, but the same unit overall. However, it seems to be an upgraded experience in many other ways. The unit is larger overall. Bigger vacuum bags with plastic connectors instead of cardboard, bigger water tanks, dust bins, etc. The dust bin seems to empty better than the old one, the cleaning detergent input is different. The app offers more cleaning options, enhanced troubleshooting, and seems to do a better job overall. It doesn't get stuck on cords or other obstacles nearly as often, and seems to have better navigation and overall just a smarter experience. That being said, the replacement parts between the ultra and the pro are different and not interchangeable. There are a few times when the robot has failed to clean rooms that were on the schedule, saying that there was an obstacle in the way, and it couldn't reach those areas, however this was not the case. The mopping is also not as good as mopping by hand, and smudges can still be seen in the light reflections after cleaning has been completed. However, it is far more convenient and runs way more often than we would mop otherwise, so it's still cleaner overall. All in all, I recommend this unit and think it is worth the additional cost over the l10s ultra.

This wonder of modern technology really works! I was skeptical and only bought one for my mom because of a Black Friday deal. She is in her 80s and mopping has become a difficult chore. Before I could give it to her she had bought an inferior brand for herself. I kept this and set it up in my house and oh my! We can’t live without it now. I have since replaced hers with the L40 that I got from the company website. This little guy does an excellent job of mapping, knows a carpet from a floor, avoids obstacles, and is easily programmable from the app if you need to change something about his behavior. He also has my upstairs mapped and I can take the robot unit up there to clean and bring him back when he is done to clean his mop pads and recharge. The only day to day maintenance I do is to empty the dirty water, just because it gets smelly if you leave it. I refill the clean water every few days when it alerts me to. This thing does a great job of cleaning and drying its own mop pads after every clean cycle. I cannot recommend this machine enough.

I recently upgraded to the dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, and honestly, it’s been a total game-changer for my home. As someone with long hair and a mix of carpets and hard floors, I’ve tried just about every vacuum and mop on the market—but nothing compares to this! The 7000Pa suction picks up everything, from pet hair to dust, and the 136°F hot water mop leaves my floors sparkling and feeling fresh. What I love most is how easy it is to maintain—self-cleaning and auto robot care mean I don’t have to spend a ton of time worrying about it. Plus, it never gets stuck or bumps into furniture thanks to its smart obstacle avoidance. It works quietly in the background while I go about my day, and the results are always impressive. If you're looking for a vacuum and mop combo that truly delivers, this one has been a total lifesaver for me!

initially loved this robot vacuum. For the first three months, it was fantastic. The build quality felt premium, the mapping technology was incredibly accurate, and customer service was surprisingly responsive when I had a few initial setup questions. It cleaned effectively, returned to its base reliably, and generally made my life easier. However, that all changed after a recent repair. I sent the unit in for a known issue (failure to return to base), and the repair not only failed to fix that problem but introduced a new one: the robot now refuses to leave the base at all, washboard water level is abnormal. I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot this, resetting the unit, remapping, and following all the troubleshooting steps. Nothing works. It's incredibly frustrating because the first three months were so positive. I'm now faced with a completely unusable device after a repair that made things worse. I'm hoping customer service can rectify this situation quickly, as I'm now requesting a full replacement. I'll update this review based on how they handle this. Pros (for the first 3 months): - Excellent build quality - Accurate mapping technology - Responsive customer service - Effective cleaning Cons (after repair): - Repair failed to fix the original issue. - Repair introduced a new, critical issue (robot won't leave base). - Significant time wasted troubleshooting. - Unreliable post-repair performance. UPDATE Following my initial review and direct communication with Dreame's customer service, they were incredibly responsive. We conducted several tests together, and it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. I'm pleased to report that Dreame has agreed to send me a brand new replacement unit. I'm particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency of their support. They listened to my concerns and took swift action to resolve the issue. While I'm still waiting for the new unit to arrive, Subject: Updated Review - Excellent Customer Service Leads to Replacement I'm updating my previous review to reflect the outstanding customer service I received after encountering issues post-repair. As mentioned before, I was initially very happy with this robot vacuum for the first three months. However, the repair process introduced new problems, leaving the unit unusable. Following my initial review and direct communication with Dreame's customer service, they were incredibly responsive. We conducted several tests together, and it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. I'm pleased to report that Dreame has agreed to send me a brand-new replacement unit. I'm particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency of their support. They listened to my concerns and took swift action to resolve the issue. While I'm still waiting for the new unit to arrive, I've updated my overall rating based on the positive customer service experience. I'll provide a final update once I receive and test the replacement unit.

This is my second robot vacuum/mop. While my previous, less expensive model served its purpose for three years, it got tired and i needed to upgrade. After some extensive research, Dreame robots consistently topped the lists, but their premium price tag held me back. Eventually, a fantastic Black Friday deal made the decision easier. The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat arrived well-packaged and was a breeze to assemble. The clear instructions made setup a straightforward process. These do-all robots are not small appliances, but the sleek design and high-quality build prevent it from being an eyesore. I encountered a minor hiccup during the app setup process. The QR code on the robot led me to the wrong app, "Mova Home." After much frustration with that app, I discovered the correct app, DreameTech, and the registration and connecting to the WiFi was surprisingly fast and simple. Following a series of firmware updates, I initiated the initial cleaning cycle using the DeepClean mode. The robot quietly vacuumed the hardwood floors, and after a brief delay, the mop pads became sufficiently wet. It systematically cleaned the room, utilizing the side mop to reach edges and corners. After completing a room, it returned to the base station for a thorough mop cleaning cycle, which produced some noise but was not excessive. The robot seamlessly transitioned between hard floors and a small carpet under our kitchen table. It increased suction power on the carpet, effectively cleaning it. It took about 90 minutes to complete one full pass on the apx 700 sq/ft main floor. Then i think because in DeepClean mode, it spent another 30 min revisiting a number of areas including the kitchen and left behind some very clean and shiny floors :) So far it's surpassed my expectations on simplicity of use, low touch and quality of clean. It's well worth paying the full price and even better if you manage to find a sale. I would recommend this to a friend without hesitation.

Full-featured machine without compromises. Hardware is top quality and the application is easy to use. This machine should last for many years. Great aesthetics. Apple- like product design. Battery life and charging speed is great. Much faster than ECOVACS C10. Auto dry, empty and cleaning works very well. Lots of options within the app and great potential for improvements with ota updates.

I absolutely love this! I am self employed and don't have a lot of extra time for vacuuming everyday and washing the floors. This machine is so great. To me, it is the same as using a dishwasher or a washer and dryer. The cleaning is great. It gets every bit off the floor and goes back to check, I can adjust the suction so tnay adjusts the noise level. It maps my entire house and marks all of the items it has to work around and it is SO easy to use. I could not hook up to it using a 5g network so had to bump down my connection. That is my only complaint but I am sure they are working on that. Definitely recommend

I tried six robots, each with different price ranges and features. One key takeaway: always choose a robot with a LiDAR head on top for navigation; it works perfectly. I initially chose the Laresar L6 Pro. It had excellent navigation and a great vacuum, but I felt it was too expensive for its inability to clean corners—why pay C$500 for that? So, I opted for a less expensive model to adjust my expectations. However, this cheaper robot lacked LiDAR and had poor navigation, with inconsistent cleaning times and difficulty finding its docking station. Another robot I tried had a terrible mopping function, with excessive water leakage or it would dry out completely. Eventually, I chose a LiDAR-equipped robot from Lubluelu (L15). It performed well, but cleaning the mop daily to manage moisture and odor became a hassle. Despite its functionality, it wasn’t the perfect solution. After extensive research, I found a robot with a mop extender and hot water mopping capabilities. This model has been the best among all I’ve tried so far. Thanks to Amazon for allowing me to test different models to find the best one. I made sure to clean each robot before returning it to avoid any damages, as each model had its merits and I wanted to be respectful in my returns.

coming from a roborock, its an upgrade. Much better avoidance. BUT really inneficient and a lot louder. Itll go over the same spot like 10 times and not get a crumb. It doesnt do a good job of picking up spills. I left a bit of gravy just to check.. doesnt notice it. I thought the hot mopping would be sort of steam mopping but its not. Overall for the price, not impressed. Will be getting the x40 to see if it performs better. I would like the task to be replaced. After the first week it stopped avoiding chords. It also seemed to lose power and couldnt get over the room divide which the first week it was a non issue. way too high of a price point for this.
