This item was definitely not my first choice. It was the only one I could afford. I am absolutely and completely happy with this ice machine. I eat ice all day. Not only does it make enough ice for me, it makes enough for my family of 8. I also have bags of ice in the freezer. I am just afraid we are going to wear it. I have had it for two weeks and it hasn’t failed me yet. I can’t buy enough water to keep this gem running. Give it a try. I think I have got my money‘s worth. I was buying ice by the cup from the convenience store before. I just hope it keeps up with my demand.

Makes a good amount, if you don't empty the bucket into like a bowl and put it in your freezer the ice will just keep melting and getting refrozen and that's nice! It's mostly quiet, can be a little on the louder end when it hasn't run for a minute and you're not expecting it to turn on lol. BUT THE SOUND OF IT DROPPING ICE IS SO SATISFYING 😭😍😍😍. Very sleek design, looks cute on the desk, makes ice fast, and works well overall !

I love this little jewel! Does and excellent job for me. Well it did for the first 6 weeks then would not do anything. Tried contacting numbers on machine, never an answer.

Our frig ice maker gave out for whatever reason. After trying a few of the most obvious fixes such as water pump, filter, shutting off frig to thaw frozen lines, etc, we gave up and bought this little gem of an ice maker. It is awesome. It makes ice fast and furious. They are small cubes but that's ok. We dump them into the frig ice maker ice bin dispenser. It takes about 2 hours to fill it. It works faster than the frig ice maker. We are very happy with our purchase. It has saved us a considerable amount of money. The cost of a new ice maker for our frig is more than $500.

Works very well and makes ice quicker than I expected. Only surprised by how fast the ice cubes melt even in a Yeti cup the ice didn’t last the day. But at home it is great for immediate beverages

Ice maker part is good but it is EXTREMELY LOUD. Like I can hear it across the house with the door closed loud. It makes ice quickly, no taste issues though so it’s good but just be prepared to hear it often and loudly.

However, I need to mention one significant drawback: when the water level gets low, the water pump makes an awful screeching noise that's quite jarring. It's like nails on a chalkboard and can be heard from other rooms. I've found myself being extra vigilant about keeping the reservoir filled just to avoid this unpleasant sound. Despite this annoyance, the ice maker performs its primary function exceptionally well. If you're looking for an efficient ice maker and don't mind topping up water regularly to avoid the noise, this is a solid choice. Just keep that water pitcher nearby!
