I bought this for my bed and it was so comfortable that I bought one for my father who is 83 years old. He could not believe how comfortable it was and his sleep improved amazingly! He said it was the best gift I ever got him. Definitely a great purchase. It was packaged in a suction material and after letting it out of the packaging make sure you wait about 24 hours before you put it on your bed.

Read all the negative reviews about horrible chemical odors, failure to return to original shape, etc. Opened it up and noticed a light odor, but it dissipated in less than an hour. Didn't take 48 hours to fully expand; within two hours it was at full loft. Fits the new mattress in the Murphy Bed in our new California Closets Office System perfectly. Made the bed much more comfortable to rest on. Full disclosure: haven't slept on it since it is in the Office, but napped on it the other day. Seemed very comfortable and "softened" the feel of the foam mattress that came with the Murphy Bed. Since it will only be used infrequently (we have a Guest Suite so this is for "overflow" guests) we weren't too worried about long-term comfort. Will update this review after we get an opportunity to try it out over night or let guests give us their review.

We purchased a memory form mattress for my son and it was to hard. He would complain about every day that it was to hard and he couldn’t sleep on it. We purchased this topper. It came in a pretty small package, on time and in good condition. Once I open the package and cut the plastic it expanded nicely and went on the bed very easy. I haven’t heard my son complain about his bed being too hard since. It stays in place and hasn’t moved around. I would purchase again.

I dislike the fact that the mattress topper slides off the bed a lot and causes me to sweat. The mattress topper is a few inches shorter than my queen size mattress otherwise it’s thick enough and comfortable.
