I bought this for my daughter because her hair tangles very easily. It has a large comb area so it brushes out tangles very easily. It is soft and gentle on their scalp. It is very sturdy and has fallen often without chips or breaking. I love the curved design and it is a very soothing feeling when brushing. We have curly hair and I haven’t seen as much breakage as with other brushes. And our hair tends to break easily. It’s a good buy!

This brush is the very best hair brush I have ever purchased. I use a neck massager and it spins one way and it spins another way and it makes the worst knots in my hair no matter what I try to do to prevent it. This hairbrush takes those knots out that are so close to my scalp without pain I can't even describe how it works, how it does but it is the best brush. If you have to detangle your hair in any fashion this hairbrush helps. It's worth every dollar spent. I don't think it matters what kind of thickness you have or the hair type, I don't see why it wouldn't work for anyone or any hair type. It's very lightweight and I'm sure the design is what exactly helps it to make it work to remove all of the knots and tangles that you can get in your hair. And so far it seems extremely durable, I've had it for more than 6 months now and it's been working great all this time. It's definitely worth the purchase.

I needed a new brush, I really loved the curve of my last one and wanted to find another like it. Then I stumbled upon this brush. I really like the dual bristles, I have thick hair and brushing my hair after a shower or in the morning before work is a breeze. I don't have to pull hard, it works through my tangles with ease. The design is very good, I like the curve, it feels nicer on my head. Great quality, and worth the price.

Short version: This purple brush is really great to make your hair smooth but not to detangle. Story time: I broke one of my favorite brushes and I was heartbroken. Tried to make it last while it was on its last bristles but, I knew it was time. When I found it on Amazon it was expensive. So, I searched for a reasonably priced brush and found this baby. I’m going to make a pros and cons list as I had this brush for almost a month. Pros: 1. As someone who has 3B/3C curly hair, I like how it makes it smooth because of the boar bristles. I can easily make a ponytail or top bun and it smooths it out without pulling. 2. No pulling. Never has pulled my hair. Self-explanatory. 3. Curved brush. I like how this is a concave brush so, it’s perfect to the shape of your head. This also goes back to the first pro; it gives a nice and smooth hairstyle because of the shape. 4. Has good gripping. I don’t know about you but I hate when brushes don’t have good grip. Especially for curly/kinky hair. You need something to grip and hold on to because you know your hair needs to be done. 5. Easy to clean. I cannot tell you how many times I clean my brush (ex: the WET brush) and it keeps water trapped and smells moldy. You don’t have that problem with this one. It’s easy to take out hair and clean the bristles. Cons 1. Not good at detangling. I tried to love it as a detangling brush and it’s not working out between us. I have to use another brush for just detangling and then use this one to complete the hair style. That’s all the cons I could think of. It’s a good brush but I wish it would detangle my hair. Overall, I still like this brush and probably will use it.

I have curly hair, and it glides straight through my curls. It's not ripping my hair out, and it goes through my hair nicely when wet. A lot of brushes struggle in my wet hair. My daughter has very tangly weird textured hair and usually whines and complains when it comes time to brush her hair. Since I bought this brush no more complaints, and it makes her hair turn out super pretty! I've been using it for a few weeks and I feel like the brush is decently durable. And well made.
