This review is about Dickies Men's Original 874 Work Pants. What in the world is going on with Dickies? I used to be able to go to Wally's or Tar-Jay and find an entire wall of these sturdy work pants. They last a decade or two, the color never fades, and the zipper does not snag. The only thing I can find wrong is the size. Best practice is to order two sizes up in the waist. If you usually wear 36, get a 40" waist. I do know a couple of things.... Whatever is going on at Dickies making these hard to find - fix it. I like these pants; They last unlike the fashionable ones that rip and disintegrate even before you put them on. The Dickies pants will likely last longer that your automobile, so be sure to get the size right the first time. Hurry, get them now before they sell out.

I've been wearing these for work for years now. On the job; as well as landscaping, auto repair, etc at home. They're indestructible in my experience, they last me for years. I hope they never change.

The material is super nice but they run small, I have to buy another pair, I wore mine and they were super tight and got uncomfortable in the middle of the day, other then that they are nice and Iβm gonna order a size or 2 up to be safe

I know these are old school classic pants, and they certainly do have a good look. I have enjoyed them in the past but the waist is so tight and so high up that I have to go 2 sizes bigger which makes the legs super baggy. Also I canβt blame the stiffness because they donβt claim to be stretchy, but still, there is zero stretch when you try to use them in real working conditions like construction or trades. Wish they fit better and had more flexibility because they are handsome pants.

I almost always wear these Dickies pants vs any uniform pants supplied by my company. They fit better. They feel better. They last. Only problem is that they run SMALL. Definitely order up two or three sizes. I wear a size 34 all day long in most any size pants or shorts. I have to buy Dickies in a 38 and even those are a tiny bit on the snug side but I know if I go to a 40 they'll be too loose.

Overall, pretty great pants for the price. I like the fit and selection of colors. Sizing is strange. I am 6'1 190lbs and usually wear a 34 waist in pants. I got a 34 originally but they were just too tight, sized up to a 36x30 and they are pretty good! Main issues with the pants are the QC. I got 3 pairs and they are all slightly different from each other. Nothing massive, mostly just different leg lengths. One pair has the fly flip a bit too far off center, but a belt seems to keep the fly from coming apart.

Theses pants were very good quality unfortunately they didn't fit so had to exchange for a larger size. Very happy with the exchanged item, fit, colour and workmanship excellent.
