I haven't had the need to try this Dimora Antibacterial Gel Wound Dressing yet, but I'm pleased about the 1oz tube size and the fact that it has a tight foil peel-off seal so that I am assured of it's purity. I like having silver hydrogel ointment on hand in my first aid kit. I'm not very skilled in the kitchen and occasionally have the need for an antibacterial product to dress my cuts and burns. It also has a more than 90% moisture content that aids in reducing scarring. This ointment has no dyes, fragrances, or antibiotics to cause adverse reactions or stain my clothes. The use-by date is fair at nearly two years away but I was confused that the tube is stamped on the end, not with the use-by date date but with the manufactured date. Honestly, that makes no sense to me because who keeps the box that the tube came in? IMO, the tube should be marked with the "use-by date". I'll mark the tube with a sharpie myself so I am aware of when it may no longer be effective. For that reason only, I deducted one star.

Dimora Antibiotic Gel Wound dressing did just as it promised. It kept my wound moisturized which helped prevent infection and improved healing due to its antibacterial properties. Helped to reduce burning and itching during the healing process. Knocking a star off due to how runny it was as I had hoped it would be a firmer gel. Dimora is a solid brand though! Just keep in mind this is made in China.

Works great! The hydrogel helps it stick to the wound and not rub off easily. I used it when I cut my foot, and it's hard to say if it made any difference over regular antibiotic cream, but my wound healed cleanly so it seems like it worked!

While I appreciated the gel consistency which seems much less messy than traditional antibiotic creams (it does feel really nice and absorbs quickly, which makes using with adhesive bandages much easier... you know the struggle of trying to make sure it actually sticks after applying that goopy mess!) I didn't find this to be quite as effective. I have a minor wound I've been using this on and I haven't noticed a significant difference in several days time. Would have liked to have given this a better rating bc I would prefer to use a product like this, but it just isn't really cutting it.

As always, I like to give products a good run before putting my thoughts out there. I’m not one for instant, out-of-the-box reviews—it’s all about seeing how well a product actually holds up over time. After plenty of minor scrapes and cuts (we’re an active household, what can I say?), I’m ready to share my experience with the Dimora Antibacterial Gel Wound Dressing. First impressions matter, and this gel impressed me right away with its silky texture and easy application. The silver hydrogel formula feels reassuringly gentle, making it perfect for sensitive skin. We’ve used it on everything from kitchen mishaps to playground tumbles, and it consistently helps wounds stay clean while speeding up the healing process. Its antibacterial properties certainly live up to the hype—no infections, no irritation, just steady progress toward healthier skin. The compact size is convenient for tossing into a first aid kit or travel bag, and the non-amorphous formula doesn’t run or drip all over the place—a huge win when you’re dealing with kids who move faster than you can apply the ointment! It’s versatile and reliable, making it an essential addition to our home care arsenal. Now for the reason it didn’t snag that coveted fifth star: while it’s effective for small cuts and abrasions, it doesn’t feel quite as robust for deeper wounds or burns that require heavy-duty care. It’s a great option for everyday injuries, but for more serious ones, you may need to supplement it with additional treatments. Also, the 1oz size feels a bit stingy for frequent users—I’d love to see a larger option for families like ours who go through first aid supplies faster than the average household. Thanks for reading my review! I hope this helps you decide if Dimora’s silver hydrogel is the right fit for your first aid needs. Wishing you smooth healing and fewer accidents ahead! 🩹✨

This Dimora antibacterial hydrogel ointment has been a great addition to my first aid cabinet. I’m a delivery driver so I get a lot of little scrapes, cuts and such on my hands, arms and legs. The main issue with all these little cuts and scrapes is the itchy phase that comes during healing. I can’t stand the itchy feeling and on larger scrapes and cuts I always end up opening the scab when it’s super itchy. This ointment has been working great at taking that itchy feeling away as soon as I put it on. Not only does it take away the itch, it helps them all heal quicker and helps keep the area clean and hydrated. There’s no scent to it which is nice. The bottle is a pretty nice size and will last quite awhile since it doesn’t take much to cover each cut and scrape. All in all, it’s a great ointment, highly recommend.

I am overall pleased with this antibacterial gel. It does a good job of keeping the wound areas I have applied it to moisturized. I find the product to be slightly runny which has worked well for applying it to a large area on my leg to be able to easily and quickly spread the product. I feel this product has helped in the healing process. This is a good product to keep on hand in the medicine cabinet.
