I started using the Dr. Brown’s Level 3 nipples once my baby turned 6 months and showed signs of frustration with the slower flow from Level 2. These nipples have been a great upgrade! The flow is noticeably faster, which suits my baby’s stronger sucking ability without being overwhelming. What I love most is the consistency there are no leaks, and the nipple fits perfectly with all of our Dr. Brown’s bottles. The material is soft yet durable, and it holds up well to frequent sterilizing. This has made feeding smoother and more efficient, especially during those fussy times when a slow flow just won’t do. My kids love these bottle nipples, and they hold up to frequent washing and sterilizing (we use a steam sterilizer)! We fell in love with Dr. Browns bottles when my first son was born, and now our triplets have carried on the Dr. Brown's tradition! These nipples work great with added rice cereal, which one of our triplets needs due to excessive spitting up. The flow is just right with the size 2 nipple, and it doesn't get clogged up or come out so fast that the babies can't handle the flow. Dr. Brown's is the best, hands-down!

Our 2 week old is a fast drinker and would often choke with the size 1 nipples that came with the bottles. Bought these and aside from now having to wait 30 min for her to finish drinking. These preemie flow nipples are amazing. No leakage, high quality, and simple to swap. Direct fit for the Dr Brown bottles. Would def buy if your newborn often chokes while drinking off the bottle.

Those are my daughter favorite brand since was born and we tried a lot of them. Perfect size, good quality and design, easy to use for her. It is thinner compared to Avent which make them softer. If your baby do not want to suction by herself all times and wants a little help those are the best. Recommend

These are perfect when needing to size up for bottle nipples. Easy to order and they got to me quickly plus came with multiple. Most from Walmart or Kroger would only have one or two in them. I liked that this came with lots. The flow is much quicker in these nipples so make sure baby is ready.

I started using these nipples because the "slow flow" ones from the hospital were too fast for my baby. She would gulp down her bottle too quickly, which led her to start rejecting the breast, since it felt like too much work for her. After switching to these nipples, the transition between bottle and breast feeding became much smoother while I was supplementing. Just a heads-up—don’t use these for too long. Once your baby is latching better and your milk supply is doing better, you can switch to size 1. At one point, my baby wasn’t gaining weight because she was using up too many calories trying to keep up with the bottle flow.
