I hesitated to buy non-OEM. Well packaged. The cartridges are set in Styrofoam ends within the box. Simple installation, minimal mess. Tapping the ends to distribute the "ink" some came out. test page was good, and non-smudging. Great for the price!

I normally avoid aftermarket products that are delicate and may not work as as well as OEM products. Compromised that protocol here, frankly due to the vast price difference. One of the cartridges worked initially, then developed a banging noise when operating in the printer and the printed sheets (e.g., Test Prints) had streaks. After the depleted OEM cartridge was re-installed as a test, these problems did not occur. With some coaching from the Seller, I tried the second new cartridge, and it exhibited the same troubles. Messing with the alignment allowed the cartridges to work intermittently. It is possible that I was not installing the new ones well (though I have experience in such matters) because they didn't snap into place like the OEM cartridge. The structural details of the new ones are different from those of the OEM cartridge. It is also possible that because there is an aftermarket drum in the printer now, the new ones would have fit the retired OEM drum, snapping in, and working. Can't prove that now. What i would like to emphasize is that the responsiveness and accommodation of the Seller's customer service person was exemplary, very impressive. Though it may be that I share blame for the products' failures, the Seller made good - so important in online purchases. So, you may have a good experience with the product, as did many of the reviewers.

I always order this package of ink. It last a long time in my Epson printer and the colors are bright and clear. It's nice that it comes with two packs of black ink...since that is the color we use the most! It's a fraction of the price to Epson original ink....great savings and always arrived within 24h and in good condition
