After using the product for almost 2 weeks, here are some of my thoughts and comments. Pros 1. One year warranty after registered the product with proof of receipt. Great communication from the customer service side which is efficient and reliable. 2. Great packing inside the original box which leaves every part in a perfect condition. 3. Our previous robot vacuum cannot connect 5G network while this one has improved so much on network capability and app setting. App is very smart and clear per user interface. App also includes the shop for associated accessories and a discover tab for great tips from the experts helping you manage the Deebot. 4. The vacuum is very powerful. As our home has a corgi dog and her fur is everywhere. After the vacuum cleaned once and we tested with Dyson with laser, it surprisingly came out a great result. 5. I really love the mop function which solved all your floor cleaning work. It worked so well for my hard floor cleanup. It also came with air drying and self emptying which won’t trigger a bad smell as I worried before. Cons 1. The Amazon packing is lack of protection. It is just the original box inside a larger box without any buffer or air cushion. 2. I found it is a little hard for the robot vacuum to work with my special profile wall base especially at the corner but I think every round robot vacuum has the same problem.

I’ve been using the ECOVACS DEEBOT T30S AI Robot Vacuum and Mop for a few times now, and I honestly can’t believe I didn’t switch to this sooner. Before this, I had a different brand that constantly struggled with hair. No matter what, it would always get tangled in the brush and stop working halfway through a cleaning session. I was getting so frustrated! But with the DEEBOT T30S, I no longer have to worry about that at all. This robot uses advanced AI to map and clean my house, and it’s honestly like it has a mind of its own. It maneuvers around obstacles and under furniture with such precision. I’ve noticed it does a fantastic job in all corners, areas that my old vacuum just couldn’t reach. Plus, it avoids tangling with cords or getting stuck under low furniture—something that my previous model was notorious for. The vacuuming performance is impressive, but the mop feature is a whole other level. I was skeptical at first, but the mop actually leaves my floors looking sparkling clean, without leaving streaks or soaking the floors. It really adds that extra touch to my cleaning routine. I also appreciate the self-emptying dustbin—so convenient! With my old vacuum, I was always emptying the dustbin after every use. With the DEEBOT T30S, it empties itself and alerts me when it’s time to clean the bin, which saves me so much hassle. And it’s fairly quiet too, so it doesn’t disrupt my day while it’s cleaning. All in all, the ECOVACS DEEBOT T30S has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s efficient, reliable, and actually gets the job done without the frustrations I had with my previous vacuum. If you're tired of your robot vacuum constantly getting stuck or failing to do a good job on pet hair, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It’s truly a game-changer!

After using the Ecovacs Deebot T30S for a week, i’m thoroughly impressed with its performance and how much easier it has made my daily routine. One of the first things I noticed was how efficient the setup process was. The robot quickly mapped out my home using its laser navigation system, and within minutes, it had a detailed layout ready in the app. In terms of cleaning power, the T30S exceeded my expectations. I have both carpets and hardwood floors, and the transition between the two was seamless. The suction is strong enough to pull up embedded dirt from my carpet, yet gentle enough for the hardwood without scratching it. The mopping function is a bonus, especially in the kitchen and hallway where there’s more foot traffic. It’s not a deep scrub, but it definitely helps maintain cleanliness in between manual mopping. What I really love about this model is the self-emptying feature. I used to have to empty my old robot vacuum after every clean, but with the T30S, I only need to check the larger base station dustbin every few weeks. The robot empties itself after each run, so I don’t have to think about it. This has been a game-changer, especially since I have pets that shed a lot. I love this vacuum and mop combo. It works great ,super easy to set up and use. The app is super easy to use. The vacuum has a strong suction power and the mop does its job at keeping my floors cleaned and taking care of all the hair that me and my daughter loose on a daily basis. All I do is set it up and it cleans the whole floor at night while we sleep, the motor is very quiet. I wake up to a clean floor and love it each day. Well worth the investment.

The machine is good and is very thorough at cleaning (my mom have ocd and she is very satisfied by it, so you can get it). The missing one star is for wrong anti entanglement claims. Yes the suction never get hairs entangled but the side brush does get and you have to clean it everytime. And the machine is extremely noisy on high suction levels. If the machine worked for 5 years, let say, then it's definitely a great value for money, else it still worth buying as no one will come to your home everyday, high cleaning standards, and the cleaning can happen automatically which is a great plus. Functionality wise, hands down, best in the market. This machine do what it claims to do.

It just keeps going without getting stuck or needing constant maintenance—so convenient! The TruEdge Adaptive Edge Mopping is another standout feature. It mops right up to the edges and corners, which most robot vacuums and mops miss. My baseboards and the areas around my furniture look spotless after every clean. Writing this review after a month of use. Initially it was perfect at vacuuming, later I noticed that it did not pick up a few tiny dust particles. You cannot expect it to be perfect. It might miss a few specs, and may not remove dried food spills perfectly. Human intervention is needed. Also there is a solid floor cleaner than we can use with the robot, but that cannot be purchased in India, it is simply not available here. So far, we do not have any pets and hence not a lot of shedding. The robot vacuum cleaner works really well for us, all things considered. It maps the house perfectly and finds its way to every room. The charge lasts longer. No issues so far. If we need a reliable robot vacuum cleaner, then this could be it. Removing 1 star since it’s not perfect.

Purchased Ecovacs N-30 robot thru Amazon. I requested for demo of the product and they have deputed a technician the next day. He explained in detail about the product, its functions and how to use it without any difficulty and mapped our 3 bedroom home. It's user friendly, we have been using it since 15 days. It is a very good product.... It cleans even the corners... and mops the entire home to our satisfaction. It's sturdy and sensor quality is very good....overall very nice product. Prabhakar. R
