This is my first time trying an ECOVACS robot, and I already own models from Roborock, Dreame, and Eureka. I picked up the N30 out of curiosity, but it really exceeded my expectations in basic cleaning performance. The powerful suction is truly impressive—it easily picks up cat litter and fur from the floor. With six cats in my home, I need a reliable robot, and the N30 delivers. The mapping and navigation are smart and accurate, recognizing each room and allowing me to set custom cleaning sequences. Although it doesn’t have a built-in water tank, it offers flexible mop pad washing options—you can choose to return for cleaning every 6, 10, or 15 minutes, or after finishing each room. This feature keeps the mop pad clean and effective throughout the entire session. In terms of obstacle avoidance, it performs just as well as my Roborock S7 Ultra. What’s even better is that the N30 comes with a built-in hot air drying function, whereas the S7 Ultra requires a separate purchase for that feature. Overall, this robot has great cleaning power, smart features, and thoughtful design. It’s a fantastic choice for pet owners like me. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning companion!

I upgraded from a iRobot J7 with no base or mopping. I had no where to go but up. I have a one bedroom apartment with tile, carpet and laminate floors so I needed something that was equally good on all surfaces. I didn’t want to spend more than $500.00 since I don’t have pets and I just needed something to use in between cleanings with a steam mop. I read all the best of lists and reviews I could find for an about a week. I was able to narrow it down between the N30 Pro Omni at $499.00 and the Eufy X10 Pro Omni at $699.00. The Dream L10s Pro Ultra Heat and the Mova P10 Ultra were also contenders. So happy I went with this one. The unboxing was easy and getting it ready for first use was almost painless. I had already downloaded the app and it walks you step by step how to connect to WiFi and then connect the N30 to your phone. The mapping was so quick I wasn’t sure it worked. The app is fantastic and it was a really easy to name rooms and divide them into zones. The ability to customize the cleaning runs is a game changer for me coming from another brand. The first cleaning I did was on carpet and it picked up the fuzz from my black gym socks that my old vac used to drag all over the carpet. The second run was in my bathroom and it worked flawlessly. The edge clerk g was fantastic. The third run was my kitchen. In thought it had missed something but it actually came back and cleaned under my kitchen island at the end. I love the vac and then mop setting. It went back to the station to clean the mop pads I. The middle of the run which was nice. The empty dustpan is loud. I wouldn’t use it late at night if you share walls with neighbors. The hot wash an hot dry function is very nice. You definitely hear the fan when it’s drying but it’s like white noise. I don’t know how I made it without a vacuum/mop combo. Definitely glad I waited to get one with the spinning pads. I did get the liquid cleaner and added 2 caps to the clean water tank. I’m using purified water in the water tank just to keep everything clean. Time will tell how durable it is. I did get the 2 year warranty just in case. The only thing g missing is a camera for obstacle avoidance, the function that removes the mop pad if you only want to vacuum and the swing out edge brush. None of that is worth paying double. I would definitely recommend this if you want most of the top of the line features at a midrange price when it’s on sale.

It picks up everything—dust, crumbs, pet hair, you name it—without missing a spot. I have both hardwood floors and rugs, and this vacuum switches between them seamlessly, with no issues. The suction power is strong enough to handle the thickest rugs, and it’s surprisingly quiet considering how powerful it is. I also love the ZeroTangle 2.0 Technology. For anyone with long hair or pets, you know how frustrating it can be when hair gets tangled in the brushes. This vacuum has completely eliminated that problem for me. The machine is good and is very thorough at cleaning (my mom have ocd and she is very satisfied by it, so you can get it). The missing one star is for wrong anti entanglement claims. Yes the suction never get hairs entangled but the side brush does get and you have to clean it everytime. And the machine is extremely noisy on high suction levels. If the machine worked for 5 years, let say, then it's definitely a great value for money, else it still worth buying as no one will come to your home everyday, high cleaning standards, and the cleaning can happen automatically which is a great plus. Functionality wise, hands down, best in the market. This machine do what it claims to do.

Writing this review after a month of use. Initially it was perfect at vacuuming, later I noticed that it did not pick up a few tiny dust particles. You cannot expect it to be perfect. It might miss a few specs, and may not remove dried food spills perfectly. Human intervention is needed. Also there is a solid floor cleaner than we can use with the robot, but that cannot be purchased in India, it is simply not available here. So far, we do not have any pets and hence not a lot of shedding. The robot vacuum cleaner works really well for us, all things considered. It maps the house perfectly and finds its way to every room. The charge lasts longer. No issues so far. If we need a reliable robot vacuum cleaner, then this could be it. Removing 1 star since it’s not perfect.
