Our back of the house is pretty much all glass, and getting a service to clean them is always expensive and a scheduling nightmare. This WINBOT MINI has been an absolute rescue! Honestly, I was super skeptical at first, mostly worried it would fall off while working. But it does the job very well and feels surprisingly secure up there. It actually gets all my windows, even the smaller, tricky ones and those with handles, super clean. The ultrasonic spray thing is awesome – no streaks, just clear glass, and it doesn't use a ton of water. I'm seriously impressed with how well it cleans right up to the edges, and it navigates like a champ, avoiding obstacles. Setup was surprisingly easy. My only small recommendation would be for the power cord to be a bit longer and more flexible, just so it puts less weight/drag on the robot while it's working. But honestly, that's a minor thing. If you dread window cleaning or just have a ton of glass like we do, this little bot is a lifesaver. The package packed very well and ship on time. Totally recommend!

It’s excellent as a dry vacuum, solid as a mop, and quiet enough to run overnight without disturbing sleep. What really sets it apart is its ability to clean under most furniture and beds, plus unexpected tight spaces. It handles nearly everything on its own: it washes the mop, refills clean water, drains dirty water, empties the dust bin, and dries the mopping pads — all at a fraction of the price of competitors. At lunch, each unit cleans its zone with hypochlorous acid to disinfect. At 5:30 PM, they start their nightly cleaning — three full passes per area — washing mops and refilling solution every ~20 minutes. The floors have never looked or smelled this clean in over a decade, even with daily manual cleaning and a bi-weekly service. We still have a cleaning crew that handles corners and tight spots, but now they can focus on deep cleaning tasks like cleaning windows and dusting since the floors are spotless. One unit once got tangled in a cord left out — our only hiccup so far. And while I don’t know if hypochlorous acid will affect the units long-term, six weeks in, they’re flawless. I even tested swab samples in an incubator — zero bacterial growth. Technically not sterile, but definitely high-level disinfection. I can’t recommend enough.

I wasn't really sure what to expect when we got this, i was just hoping it would save a bit of time. I run it about 2-3 times a week and have it mop once a week. It does an amazing job, the house feels so much cleaner as its running regularly. Its mopping function is excellent! I do find it can get stuck on cables etc so you need to be mindful about placing zones it can't go into or moving cables. My cats sometimes leave toys out during the day and it will push them around the house as well. Once a month i sweep areas it can't reach and that's it! Overall, amazing purchase!

Ya llevo un mes utilizando a este robotito(T5). Lo que puedo decir es que funciona excelente, por su pequeña estatura cabe muy bien bajo las camas y otros muebles donde no se puede barrer con facilidad. El mapeo que hace es muy bueno, ya que se pueden fusionar áreas y determinar cuál es la sala o donde empieza la cocina, por ejemplo. En este punto de repente ha fallado un poco, pero nada grave, después lo vuelve a grabar y ya queda todo perfecto. En conclusión, es un muy buen producto, te mantiene la casa siempre limpia de polvo y demás partículas. Respecto al envío, llegó en perfecto estado y mucho antes de lo que se había indicado.

Es mi primer robot de este tipo y me ha dejado muy impresionado. Aspira muy bien, tanto que nunca imagine que estuviera tan sucia mi casa. El sistema LIDAR funciona muy bien y nunca se ha caído de las escaleras. Tiene la función de guardar mapas. La función de mop no es para manchas difíciles, es solo para quitar el polvo que al aspirar no fue succionado. Trae respuestas de escobillas, filtro y unos pads desechables para moppear. Ya tengo un par de meses con el robot y no ha fallado, funciona muy bien y la aplicación no es complicada. Estoy muy contento con el producto.

I got the iRobot before and returned it to get this robot cleaner -- and I must say, we are delighted! It has different suction levels for vacuuming and does a great job. The mopping is good too; however, it cannot get hard dirt or grease off the floor (which is okay, it is still very, very worth it). I also wish we could add a cleaning solution for mopping, but it is not required again. I highly recommend this product. We have been using it a lot, and we are satisfied.
