This a pro grade tool. I use it to clean my gutters. Hang on when fully extended as it will knock you off your feet. You get used to it though.

I wish it came with a better harness, but the extension wand was good quality. Holding that much power that distance up in the air is very difficult. I would live to find a better harness to help.

The 24 foot being advertised includes the height at which the pole is being held above the ground. The length of the pole with the 20” lance screwed onto the end is 20’ 8” long. I lowered one star because: The gun trigger does not lock in the on position like another pole that I have. The support harness could be improved for left-handed users. Wow! I have owned gasoline, portable electric and wall mounted reel pressure washers for the past 25 years. I have many accessories such as a surface cleaner, turbo nozzles, water broom, undercarriage cleaner, foam cannon, pivoting coupler, soap and rinse nozzles (that shoot far enough to wash the 2nd story of a house) and more. All of these items are homeowner quality. I ordered this EVEAGE 24-foot extension pole and never expected it to be commercial grade quality! It’s obvious the minute you open the box. Design, components and construction are all top quality. The shafts are lightweight brushed aluminum. They are wide which gives them strength. If the lock levers are not firmly locking or are too loose, they can be adjusted with a 3 mm hex screw (SEE PICTURE). The length of the pole measured from the bottom of the spray gun to the end of the 20” lance screwed to the end of the pole: Fully retracted - 6’ 3” long. Fully extended - 20’ 8” long. As the pole is extended, a hose connected between the spray gun and the pole is retracted or extended up the shafts of the pole. Below is the length of that hose: The length of the hose when the pole is fully retracted – 16’ 3” (SEE PICTURE) The length of the hose when the pole is fully extended – 2” (SEE PICTURE) If the hose twists or folds as you are working, just loosen one of the pole shafts and rotate until resolved. The extension spray gun comes with a 3/8” plug so connects to a standard 3/8” hose with a quick-connect. Included in the package are two adaptors to connect 14mm and 15mm hoses. Since the pole is vertical while working, a “Pivoting Coupler” is included. This lets you change the angle of the nozzle. The pivoting coupler included adjusts to three different angles. (SEE 4 PICTURES). This wand does not have a trigger that can be locked in the on position. I have another telescoping wand that has a trigger that is capable of being locked in the ON position. This is unlike spray guns for close-up washing that do not lock in the on position. There are safety and practical reasons for close-up activity that do not apply to an extension pole. I prefer to lock the trigger so both hands and arms can concentrate on controlling and balancing the pole. The support belt that supports the weight of the pole is optimized for right-handed people. The User Manual is confusing about how a left-handed person can get by with the harness. Better instructions would be to turn the harness inside out and flip the shoulder pads around the webbing of the harness. When inside out, the waist belt adjustment strap and D ring are not optimally positioned nor a buckle that snaps onto the pole. A better solution would be simply putting a pole buckle on both the left and right side of the belt. The clamp on the pole that connects to this buckle is also too high up on the pole, so the spray gun is too far behind and below the belt to be able to operate the trigger on the spray gun. That is easily remedied by loosening and moving the clamp (5 mm hex and 10 mm nylon locknut) as close to the spray gun handle as possible (SEE PICTURE). I recommend this EVEAGE pole.

The overall telescoping pressure washer wand is designed very well. It comes with everything you'd need to attach to your existing pressure washer and use. The only area for improvement, in my opinion, would be the harness assembly. It could be a bit beefier for long-time usage. Other than that, this is a great setup, especially for the price.
