Works perfectly. Followed clear instructions and had no trouble connecting. Image is very clear and allows easy wax removal. At first, experienced several disconnects while using but realized that I was causing the disconnects by inadvertently pressing the ON/OFF switch. Adjusted my grip and had no more disconnects. App is easy to use and provides good control of image. Tool is well-engineered and well-built. Highly recommend.

I've tried a couple other ear wax removal tools and by far this has the best picture quality and battery life. I've used it about 8-10 times now without having to recharge the battery, when previously I would have to stop in between ears to charge with the other models. I was able to connect it easily, which is a big issue for other brands that require you to connect to a WiFi network manually, and then connect it. This one is amazing because it automatically finds and connects the device. Overall great value for the cost, and due to the high quality & durable material, I'm sure it will last a very long time.
