After reading some reviews I knew this was a gamble. However, I’m very happy with my purchase. It did come completely dead and needed a good charge but so far so good. It came in near perfect condition. Packaging could have been more secure tho. The interior was a little dusty so I wiped it down but there are NO scratches, dents or even knicks. I held it under a bright lamp for a while and I will say it’s close to perfect. Battery is strong and does the job I need very well. Will update in about a month.

It is a gray lightweight MacAir The screen quality is good. So far, the battery life is good. It did have a small ding on the cover. However, the functionality is great considering it is a 2020 model and is refurbished. Definitely, worth the money spent. Heat level is good has not overheated. As with any laptop or computer it needs ventilation. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

I was really hopeful about this because of the positive reviews, but I must have gotten a poor seller. Everything appeared in order but as I started login I was having trouble entering my Wi-Fi password. I reset the password still would not work so I used the accessibility options to open the keyboard screen. I could see that the shift key was stuck. When I pressed it, it made a loud click/pop. I didn’t think anything of it because my password worked and I was logged in. This is when things started to literally fall apart. When I attempted to enter email address I noticed it was stuck in CAPS but caps lock was off. I checked the accessibility keyboard again and sure enough, it was stuck in shift again but this time when I pressed it nothing happened…when I pressed it again the key fell off. As I attempted to slide the key back into position using the google instructions I found on my phone the surrounding keys also started to simply fall off. I tilted the keyboard and noticed that some of them looked lifted (kinda like when you play Guess Who)… I connected a Bluetooth keyboard to get myself through the reset process and immediately put everything back in it’s packaging for return. This was listed as Prime, Ships from: Amazon.com Sold by: Tech Pirate. Maybe you will have better luck with a different seller…

This turned out better than I expected. I thought there were would’ve been hella scratches and bumps since its refurbished but it came with not even one scratch. It’s works perfectly fine. However the battery life is superrr short. It dies quick. It goes from a 70% to 60% in like 8 mins. Other than that I love this macbook. Make sure you guys update it when you get it!

I was nervous ordering a refurbished computer for the first time. I must say that im very impressed. There are no scratches or dents. Everything came perfectly and fairly quickly considering it came from across the country for me. It holds a charge and keeps a charge. Also comes with a working charger. Screen quality is perfect and keyboard is in tact. I prefer MacBook air’s because they are more lightweight than the pros. Super easy to use and navigate. 10/10 recommend.

Obviously there is going to be minor flaws when you buy a refurbished product…but my laptop is almost in perfect condition! The only issue is a couple scratches on the bottom! Totally unnoticeable and I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve had no problems so far. Everything works as it should & that’s all I could ask for! I have had an issue with another seller of a similar product so I really had high hopes for this & I am so glad I trusted this one!! Thank you! ☺️

I’ve worked with MacBooks before and enjoyed them. I’m a frequent refurbished phone purchaser and have had no issues so I have refurbished laptops a try. It came really clean (no scratches or cracks, looking almost brand new). The only issue I’ve run into since I’ve had it (about 4 months now) is that the screen goes black randomly. The battery life will show its half-full and suddenly the screen blanks and I can’t get it back on until I plug it in. Not ideal when I’m not sure when/if it’ll happen and if I’m not near an outlet.

Compré la MacBook en mayo y la verdad es que me ha funcionado bastante bien, todas las teclas servían, el touchpad también y aunque si tenía un golpe en una esquina y rayones debajo de la lap la verdad es que por el precio vale la pena, ha sido mi 1ra compra de este tipo y no me arrepiento.
