I decided to try this ice ball maker bc we never have enough ice to fill everyone’s water bottles. When I first opened the maker I was surprised by its size, it was larger than I had anticipated. I will say there are a number of things I really like about it. 1. It runs very quiet. I have had other counter top ice makers that are so loud, this one is not at all! 2. It keeps the ice balls frozen for a long time, they don’t melt fast at all. 3. It makes a lot of ice! 144 balls in 24 hours is way more than I would ever use but would be wonderful if I was having a party. 4. The ice balls are really good size but fit nicely in water bottles which is a huge plus. 5. I like the option of actually hooking it to a water supply and drain. You have to have the right location to be able to do that but it is a really nice option. 6. The self clean function is really nice. It’s so easy to start and runs quickly. It’s also easy to drain the water tank after running the self clean. 7. Using filtered water the ice balls come out crystal clear! 8. The ice balls are perfect for your cocktails/whiskey. They do not melt fast so they don’t water down your drinks. There a couple things that I could see as improvements. 1. The drip tray is okay but I wish it actually attached somehow. It’s always getting pushed away from the maker and well then it doesn’t work so well. 2. The water reservoir isn’t huge but this wouldn’t be an issue if it was hooked to a water line and drain. Overall I really like this Ice ball maker and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I have 2 older ECozy nugget ice makers and the recent changes have made a huge difference in being user friendly! I have tried many other brands but none last as long as ECozy does! They have now changed the layout of the ice basket and you finally get a full basket of ice! The drawer is on the bottom so no more small pile up of ice until it reaches the "ice full" sensor and turns off leaving u with less than a half basket of ice. Enjoy a full basket of ice. It makes ice faster than older models and you can set timers to automatically start, stop and even to use the clean functions! A huge display panel makes it obvious when ice is making and when its completed! No confusing what mode is on! Easy fill water tank with flip up door on top with max fill line! Colder temperature than previous models for perfect nuggets! The only flaw I've noticed is that I really wish there was an app to show ice making, ice full or when clean function is in use! Just being able to quickly glance at the status to see if ice is ready was a huge help! But I will definitely take all new updates as a BIG win! Thank you for taking all issues into consideration and finding ways to fix flaws as well as you have! ECozy definitely also has the best customer service there is! They will walk you thru fixing any problems to even honoring the warranty once when ours broke after only a couple of months of use! All this is why I will continue to only buy ECozy for the perfect nugget ice makers!

This is my first ice ball maker, and I’m extremely satisfied with it. Right out of the box, I was impressed by its sleek, modern design—it perfectly matches my other kitchen appliances and is a great addition to my wet bar. Setup was simple and fast; I had it up and running the same day. I initially elected to fill the water reservoir manually, but I plan to take full advantage of its capabilities by connecting the built-in water inlet and outlet soon. After running a couple of self-cleaning cycles—which is a fantastic, time-saving feature—it began producing ice balls within the promised 40 minutes. Ecozy’s ice ball maker truly delivers. I love that this ice maker does not take up as much counter space as some others. The ice sizes are great. It occasionally needs to be cleaned out. The ice makes a bit of noise when it drops in the holding basket, but I am used to it now and don’t usually notice the noise. I have had this for a while now and still works like new. It is not a large basket, so don’t expect a ton of ice-but it is enough for my son and I to fill our water bottles half way before we leave in the morning. I would but again.

It did work great for about 2 months. Cubes are an adequate size for the large. The machine used to shut off when the water became low, so you could add more. However after 2 months it stopped doing this. It keeps trying to make ice cubes even though there isn't enough water. I have run the clean cycle numerous times but to no avail. It still tries to make ice when the water level is to low. I get dime size wafers. Granted it still makes regular cubes when the water level is good, it just does not shut off anymore when it should. UPDATE: An Ecozy customer service representative contacted me and apologized for my experience. I was offered a full refund or a replacement unit. I like the machine alot so I took the replacement unit, it arrived the other day. I have not had the opportunity to use it. The customer service experience was amazing. In a time where customer service doesn't exist this was absolutely outstanding. Will post again after I try new machine. 2nd Update: I have used the 2nd unit and everything is working. I like this ice machine and recommended it to friends. Ecozy customer service is amazing and I want to thank them for that. Nice to know some places still care about customers. I give Ecozy customer service 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Tina.

Seemed to work for first could days than making only 2-2.5 ice cubes each time. Not sure if issue with our machine or all like this. Edit: changed from 1 star to 5 after company replaced unit and new unit preforms awesome! Great customer service.

Just received this last night and trying it out for the 1st time. So far it's easy to do. Did the initial self clean and it's going to town making ice as we speak. Easy set up, plug in and go. And ice is a good size. Will update after a couple months of use :)
