I now own two of these heating pads. I first bought one for myself for neck, shoulder, and back pain, and it works wonderfully. The fabric is extremely soft, the cord is long enough, and I love that it fastens at the neck and around the waist, if you choose to use it that way. I’ve used smaller heating pads that I had to hold against myself or strategically place pillows so that my muscles actually get the heat, and that’s not necessary with this item. You can manage the temperature and duration with a very easy to use control that is attached to the cord, and it works fine for multiple cycles. It will turn off automatically once the time is reached. I bought the second heating pad to replace my first one when I let a family member with arthritis try it and didn’t get it back lol. Not that I would have taken it back, because it really helped alleviate leg pain, so I just bought another one. She lays it down the length of her legs like a warm blanket. We both give this product five stars.

This is a great heating pad. It only has one problem. The snap that’s up at the neck is really hard to get snapped. It does wrap around your shoulders and your neck. It does come down past your lower back. I don’t see the use for the ties, but maybe someone does. It’s not like you’re gonna get up and walk around with a heating pad on. Unless you’re gonna drag the cord everywhere. But I like the heating pad really well. You can set it to different temperatures depending on what clothes you’re wearing. It has a timer on it that can be turned to 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Then it just shuts off. It’s very soft. I think it’s a great design and I think it’s worth your money.

This just arrived and I'm using it for the first time. So far, this is great. Easy to put on and adjust, has a handy snap button to connect the shoulder wraps, and has an intuitive control. Love the color choices, too. I'm using this after laparoscopic surgery to help clear the remaining gas and I think this will be very helpful. It's certainly comfortable and soothing!

I returned another brand of weighted heating pad similar to this one that I liked a lot, but it quit after two months. I ordered this as a replacement. I am keeping this, but I much preferred the earlier, heavier one that i had purchased.

It was great, until it wasn't. Worked great for a few weeks. Tried to turn it on this morning, nothing, dead a a rock. Nice weight to it, covered my entire back at once, adjustable temperature and time. It was a really good heating pad till it quit, a little pissed off about that. Edit: seller contacted me about the issue and were very happy to help me with the issue. They were promt and courteous and they took great care of me and the issue. I'd definitely buy again.

I bought this as a gift for my husband, He loves it. The design is great the heat all over his back, neck and shoulders is amazing. The cord is a perfect length, it's very comfortable and convenient as he is watching tv.

Excellent heat source! Time limits that make sense and chiropractor grade heat. I have had back pain since 2010 and this is the best product for in home care I have ever used. Half hour, one hour, and hour and a half is much better than the 15 or 20 minutes in other products. The temperature also has a good range going from 100 to 150 in increments of 10. It would be nice to have the freedom to set the temperature exactly and save the favorites (never seen that feature).

I wish it was hotter (when I am in this much pain, I want to be ROASTED). That is the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. It is still quite warm. It is very comfortably shaped. There are sandbag-like weights in the front of the shoulders, which are so light they don't cause any discomfort but they do make the pad stay where it needs to be. The front clasp is well positioned to keep the heating elements where they need to be without choking me. The cloth is very soft. The heating is steady and is applied to all the right areas (no cold or hot spots). The cord is nice and long. This is a very well designed item.

What a wonderful heating pad! My back is often stiff from fibromyalgia and it's hard for me to sit at a desk but this is perfect. A little snap holds it around my shoulders and then a tie wraps it around my waist for a good fit, and the adjustable controls are very easy to use. It has made it so much easier for me to sit and get work done now. Highly recommend it!
