Got two of these bunnies for my daughters Easter baskets with their first name on left and middle name on right. I received first items with their names reversed. Reached out to seller and they apologized and informed that I will get corrected items before Easter. I love it when a seller stays true to their word. I got new bunnies with corrected names embroidered on ears. My girls love their bunnies and it’s currently there favorite sleeping stuffed animals. Embroidery area is well stitched. They are soft and hair does not easily fall off. I highly recommend item!

I ordered this for my newborn granddaughter. From start to delivery the tracking was impeccable. The date it shipped from China, when the flight landed in LA, when it cleared customs then out for delivery and finally, when it was delivered. Now that's Customer Service! Order to Deiivery in 10 days. My son and his wife loved the bunny....size, plush feel and the baby's name in pink stitch. A Home Run at a very fair price.

I don't even know where to begin. I ordered four of these on March 29 to be placed in the kids' Easter baskets. At checkout and in follow-up communications, I was told it would take about a week and a half to arrive. As time passed and I still hadn’t received them, I checked on my order and reached out. I was told they’d arrive by April 18th the latest stating shipping delay, which I assumed would still allow enough time. When they still had not arrived on the 18th I reached out again and the seller updates their delivery date to April 25th so Amazon states they can't do anything because it's technically not past the delivery date. It's been past the delivery date over and over- the seller modifies it! The seller repeatedly reassured me the items would arrive before Easter, so I didn’t cancel the order or look for alternatives. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until the Monday after Easter—completely missing the occasion! I had even asked not to have them delivered and instead requested a refund. That was ignored. To make matters worse, the seller refuses to take the items back and instead offered only a 20% discount for the delay, which still hasn’t been applied. I was also charged $1.88 for shipping despite the listing clearly stating free shipping. The product itself is disappointing—the embroidery is poorly done, stitched right through the ear so the back side looks messy and unfinished. This detail is conveniently not shown in any of the product photos. This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish, and the product quality did not live up to expectations. I will now be reporting this charge on my card! The only thing that I liked was the green color of one of the bunnies. It's a pretty green for Easter.

Wow! The quality of this is outstanding. I love the size, feel and embroidery. It came out perfect! My only minor complaint is it’s so fluffy you can’t read the name without under folding the ear, but I don’t care because it’s still the perfect lovely and keepsake.

While these bunnies are nice and soft. They are worth the money. I ordered them on April 3 Just received them yesterday. I don't remember if April 23 was the originals arrival date but I thought that was a long wait. The kids love them but they weren't worth the money. Sorry Seller
