Very nice oven, with overall quality is very good. It arrived with the box opened and destroyed where the delivery people had me look it over before taking it off the truck. Amazing it as all there , no damage or missing parts, even the ceramic plates were ok. Once I had it I ordered a NG adjustable regulator, 3/8 to 3/8 adapter, two 1/2 pipe to 3/8 mail flair fittings , NG nozzle kit and 3/8 NG 15’ hose. Installed the natural gas parts and leak checked. Installed a larger nozzle and tested the flame size. I have now cooked my homemade pizzas and bread in it, using wood fired, gas fired and both at the same time. I found wood supplemented with gas to control the temperature works well. I need to increase the nozzle size a little as I can only get about 550 degrees on gas only. See photos for the conversion. All those parts are from Amazon too. Plenty of room cooking 16” pizza in it. I cook at about 700 degrees so the edges don’t burn before the center is cooked. 4 to 5 minutes instead of 2. Great flavors and crisp edges!

The build quality is very good, the assembly was easy and I was able to get the temperature well over 700°. Pizza came out great.

Way too expensive for what it is. I would not buy this again at this price point. At half the cost I would give it 4 stars. The company stated fire brick, when in fact it is a 3/8" tile. The insulation between the stainless sheets should be Rockwell, but is just cheap low r-value fire resistant insulation. Heat loss is rapid. It does provide the ability to make it what you know it should be by retrofitting with real fire brick, but you shouldn't have to do that at this price point. I was quite disappointed. Not a good value for the money spent.
