The stamp text is extremely sharp and easy to read and the pigment is a beautiful and rich purple. Even after multiple uses, the quality remained just as great as the first use. I will definitely be recommending the ExcelMark stamp to all my friends and colleagues and cannot wait to purchase more!

This personalized stamp is A++ quality! I expected some type of blurring, light stamping, ink that took forever to dry, smeared or was really light. I was pleasantly surprised. All of the characters are crisp & clear, the ink dries quickly, doesn’t smear & is dark black as it should be. It makes adding my NPIP cert # to all my packages super easy. I’ll definitely be reordering for any future stamp needs.

Stamp started falling apart from the minute I received it. Rubber impression part keeps falling out and glass cover falls off as well. I can no longer use this product as a result of this problem.

I bought this for my classroom. I like how you are able to personalize it. The only down side is that the stamp rubber portion fell out and I had to put it back together. I hope this doesn’t happen again.

I still write letters and send out cards, so having a address stamp is very helpful. When this particular stamp arrived, it wasn't easy trying to figure out how to put it together to work (as it should). I did my best to make do - I had to constantly push the rubber stamp into its holder (ink on my fingers isn't the end of the world, but it shouldn't happen), so that I could use it on an envelope. It has never worked properly, but since I have had a similar product, I assumed that this was a 'bad apple'. I wanted to update my review. I wrote my previous review not to complain, but just to point out what might go wrong. ExcelMark must have read my review and without me asking they sent me a replacement stamp - already assembled. A company that follows up is a good company to do business with!

I bought the stamp for my husband and I’m sorry to say that the ink didn’t last long in it. I was a bit disappointed. I don’t know if there’s a way to refill it. I didn’t see any directions for that.

Very small text but readable broke the 3rd time I used it. Fixed it but the stamper part fell out with every use.

I’m a secretary/office admin and have been using stamps my entire life — this could be one of the best stamps I’ve used in a long time. Great product at a great price, I will be coming back here for all my stamps moving forward!
