Play Video I have several microphones at home and am just getting started making tutorial videos. In my first video, the sound quality wasn't great, where I was using a cheap headset to record the sound. I have lapel mics but haven't tried them out yet and also have DJI wireless mic, but that seems more suited to being mobile. So, I thought I'd give this a shot for when I make Photoshop tutorials. So far I'm glad I did. I tested it out tonight and compared it to the MacBook Pro built-in microphone as well as the Mac Studio Display Microphone. This mic beat both of them hands down. What's in the box: Microphone, Shock Mount, Boom Arm and Desk Clamp, Pop Filter, Accessory Bag with extra parts, Foam Microphone Cover, USB cable (6 foot), User Manual. First impressions: Taking it out of the box it seemed like it was built OK, if you judge build based on weight. I don't expect it will see a lot of moving around, it'll just sit mostly in it's spot on my desk, so it should hold up fairly well. The microphone itself was pretty lightweight, not like other studio mics I've used in the past for music recording. The parts are light aluminum and have the feel of a desk lamp of similar style. The accessory bag has the ring you clamp the microphone on to the shock mount with, some extra shock bands, and an extra pad for the pop filter where it connects to the boom arm. Sound Quality: Very nice!!! I compared it to both the MacBook Pro Built-in microphone and the Mac Studio Display Microphone and it crushes both of them. Granted, the FiFine Mic is close to my mouth when I'm speaking, but you don't hear the fan noise from my MacBook and it's positioned right over the keyboard. If you watch the video, you'll hear the difference of the three. Obviously, I'm not comparing this microphone to another studio condenser microphone at this point because this is the first studio microphone I have purchased for the intended use of making videos. But I think that it has an overall warm sound, it's clear, and best of all, it is priced right. I've only used it for about 10 minutes at this point, but the difference is already worth the small investment. I'll update with additional information as I use it more. UPDATE: November 29, 2023 - I've been using it quite a lot and it's just super for the price point. I hear a huge difference in voice clarity compared to the previous mic I used. It does pick up background noise I noted (a truck drove past my house during a recording), but that's not the mic's fault. I wish the arm was a little more adjustable because I have it off to the side when I record and it almost doesn't reach where I want it. I'm sure I'll figure something out in regards to that after a while. Still love it.

Short answer: Yes, if you're looking for a good beginner mic, this is a solid option. Long answer: When you first get the mic, it is a very simple setup—really just plug and play. If you want to get fancy and work on tuning the mic for better audio quality using a third-party application, you can. However, for my uses and most others, it works just fine as soon as you plug it in. I did notice that the stand becomes loose over time and will need tightening occasionally. However, for the price, that is to be expected. The audio quality is good for the price range, though I did notice that sometimes it echoes a bit for the person listening. I didn't have very high hopes for a cheap condenser, but this works amazing!!!! The mic sound & quality is great, sensitivity is very good if you have it up, though people can hear your keyboard so you'll have to do some edits. It looks alright, I don't have the fan thing on it because it just doesn't fit great, kind of just an extra bit for your money. The stand versatility is decent, but build quality could be better—it's very loose.

I think that for the price, you get a lot of good functioning equipment. The mic itself is a massive upgrade from an integrated mic, and gives clear audio. As a voice actor, I only use it for vocal, so I don’t know how it would work for various instruments. The only two problems I have are the durability of the pop filter arm, and the boom articulation: the arm for the filter lasted around six adjustments before starting to droop. About twenty in it plateaued at mildly difficult to get to stay in place. As for the boom, it works fine, it just has a more limited range of motion than I would like. Overall, good pick for starting out, prepare to upgrade the accessories.

I just got a gaming PC and needed to switch from my laptop mic to a real one. My friends say the quality difference is very noticeable (in a good way!). The arm was easy to attach to my desk, but just know the clamp sticks out about 1.5 inches. It doesn't bother me. Everything is easy to set up, and I was able to plug in the mic and immediately use it.

Needed a new mic for making my YouTube videos and other projects. Works well and my voice sounds better than with the old mic. I would recommend if you are looking for a descent mic without spending a lot of money.

Overall it works well and easy to set up with the install already on the USB of the device. Wish there was a simple mixer program that could you choose to use or not as the mic has a lot of echo and reverb back feeding when used on a sound system. However for recording purposes this mic works well. Stand seems to be durable enough but kit did not include the small tripod stand as some video reviewers had claimed came with.

I didn't expect much but was surprised at how it cuts out background noise 95%. I've tested putting a sound system next to it where I cannot hear people on the call, yet they can hear me loud and clear and cannot hear any of the background music. I'm super impressed and the mute button on the mic is handy for managing zoom calls.

Anteriormente usaba un lavalier, este lo rebasa por mucho, estoy muy feliz con mi compra.
