I ordered the family birthday bracelet. I assumed this was professional jewelry, given the price. When the bracelet arrived, I saw the stones are glass-and not good quality glass. Crystals would have been preferable to cloudy glass. The next thing I noticed was that none of the jump rings were soldered, so just one hard pull, and any or all jump rings would open. I’m a jewelry maker myself. I could make MYSELF this bracelet, with real gems or crystal and gold or silver filled findings, for about $20. I feel really stupid for buying this. They should advertise as “costume jewelry”, and adjust their prices accordingly.

Customer services reached out very quickly. Because of this I did add 2 more stars! The colors of the stones aren't accurate, which I COULD look past because it is still pretty, BUT it is waaaay too small. Unable to return it, it's a waste. Extremely disappointing.
