This chair is sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed for big and tall users. I love the 120-degree recline for relaxing. Assembly took some time, but it was worth it. The mesh back keeps me cool, and the chair feels durable. The chair is very comfortable and great for long hours at my desk. The padding is soft but supportive, and the adjustable height and tilt make it easy is great for when I want to raise the desk up. It was simple to assemble, and the quality feels solid. The wheels roll smoothly, and it doesn’t make any noise when moving. Definitely worth the price—highly recommend.

I purchased this chair for my husband who is WFH right now. This chair is sturdy and comfortable. The extra-wide seat, thick padding, and adjustable lumbar support make it great for long hours. Absolutely outstanding chair!! I have a disability and can't stand for very long, so I need a rolling chair in the kitchen, etc. so that I can still do things that I need to do every day. I have been through so many cheap rolling chairs that we made poorly, poor quality materials, and didn't last 6 months. I finally purchased this one, and my first reason for choosing this one was the video review from another purchaser! He showed how easy it was to put together, and how comfortable it was. When we got it, it was packaged so well! Each part was wrapped and packaged individually. All of the different screws and washers were in their own push through pack and labeled, which corresponded with the instruction sheet. We put it together so easily, and let me tell you! The heavy duty quality of the frame and the seat and backrest are TOP QUALITY!! It is so comfortable, rolls easily on the caster wheels, and the arm rests are adjustable so I can put them at the height that I like. The hydraulics is VERY heavy duty, and changes smoothly with the lever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this chair to anyone. I'm a bigger lady, and the extra wide seat is so comfortable and plenty of room to sit comfortable and maneuver.

It was pretty simple to put together. Also came with extra screws which is always a plus. I think if you’re 5’11” to 6 feet tall this chair will suit you well. I know it’s a big AND tall but it’s hard to find a chair that is just big and not tall. I’m a 5’9” and the lumbar support feels just a tad too high at its lowest setting. It also only moves up and down, not in or out. If you want the arm rests to move closer or further from you, you will have to unscrew them and reposition them. The seat is nice and wide and so far feels pretty comfortable. Like I said, no frills. However, for me personally durability is important. So I will add to my review if it doesn’t hold up.

Although this chair is several inches taller than a normal chair - which lives up to the "Tall" part of the description - I really like this chair. The seat is wide and comfortable. I ended up buying a back support attachment because the back doesn't tilt and leans too far back for me when I'm working but it's great for gamers who like to learn back while playing. It's extremely sturdy and I put on my office chair roller blade wheels instead of the thinner plastic ones. Overall great buy even with my modifications
