I upgraded a free strat with all new electronics and hardware. I I've never had quality strat pickups so I went with these after comparing sound and price. This fit in my budget and sound great. I replaced the pickup covers to fit my theme. It doesn't have the heavy strat quack I was hoping for but I still like them. No issues with quality.

This is the first time I’ve ever done pick up replacements. Installed on an Squier SSS strat. Package included wiring diagram and color coded wiring that made it very easy. Pick ups sound way better than my stock pick ups.

I put them in my 1983 USA fender Stratocaster. To replace the not so good sounding lace sensor pickups. Sounds excellent now. Big improvement.

I've gone through several pickup combinations in my Player Stratocaster looking for the sound that works for me. Most have been too low-output and bright for my rig (which is designed around a Les Paul). I am a fan of the voicing associated with Alnico 3, and given the reasonable price, I figured these were worth a try. I wired these up with CTS 250k pots and .022 uF mylar film caps, one on each tone pot. I was shocked to find these Mexican-made pickups beat out custom shop, Lollar and DiMarzio rail pickups to my ears. Highly recommended if you want a bit more output, and a bit less spiky highs in your Strat

Fit perfectly in my 73 Fender Stratocaster. Clean performance for Rhythm sounds and they can bite when driven. Great price and quality. Just wish they were hotter 🎸

Swapped out factory Fenders for these and the difference is huge! Perfect Bite, tone, and level...easy job also

I like these pups. Replaced Texas specials. High gain. Sound great except they tend to whistle. Height adjustment might fix. 5 stars 🌟

Very pleased with these pickups. Gives you some really great tones especially in the neck position. Classic strat tones galore. I wouldn’t necessarily say these are for super high gain but that’s to be expected. Lots of 70s Clapton tones. I will likely keep the middle And neck but swap out the bridge in the future for humbucker. I fee like at $99 these are a terrific value for American made entire SET of SSS.

Love the sound these high output pickups produce. They have made a world of difference in my Samick Artist Series Strat. Easy enough to install. They are one of the cheapest pickups Fender offers, not sure why as they seem to sound better than some of the more expensive pickups offered by Fender, but I personally prefer hotter sounding pickups.

These pickups rock I got them in a 70s strat and i get an awsome srv tone an amazing rock n roll overdrive tone . Slam on a american sound with a ts9 tube screamer and they do it all . I've heard people say these are only good for high gain well they must not know how to play . I've got Texas specials, text mex trio pickups along with 1970s eng sa golds (I just love these I'll never part ways ) but these deluxe drive pickups hang with the best and that's facts . Dont do the stupid greasebucket mod it's stupid some quality 250k or even 300k pots with nice orange drops and done do yourself a favor and wire your bridge pickup to the tone pot it gives you way more options. great price big sound good dynamics also

These are an upgrade compared to my old pickups. I really like the rocking sound it gives.
