The case is great as a protective case. Since it is silicone, this should save the disk from accidental drops or other incidents. The case is not very thick, so if the drop is significant, then this may not be successful in preventing physical damage to the disk. There are perforations on one side of the case, and this ensures good air circulation for cooling. A lanyard can be added to it and is included with the case. This makes carrying this around even more convenient.

The case works great as a protective case, especially for transporting a portable storage device. It is silicone which will save the disk from accidental drops or other bumps. The perforations on one side of the case allows adequate air circulation for cooling. You can add the included lanyard to the case, to make it easier to carry it.
