I had a hard time pulling the wand apart to install the battery. This is really easy with the Flawless wands I bought before. It also feel very light compared to the previous ones I bought. I tried it last night and it seems to work really well, so I hope it lasts. I have bought at least 4 or 5 before and they usually last for years before they start acting up even when I replace the heads. The last one I bought before this keeps falling apart, the head just falls off and all the parts fall out and with some of the others they just get weak and start making weird noises. I will leave another review when I have been using this one for a while. They are great compared to using razors or tweezing!

Very effective and discreet little shaver. Perfect size for area between eyebrows. Takes care of pesky peach fuzz on jaw line and cheeks. As I navigate the wild world of menopause I discovered a new ability to grow a mustache faster than half the men in the warehouse where I work. This keeps that under control with no cuts or redness. Even takes care of the bizarre single black hair that suddenly appears on my chin. Getting old is fun.. No problems with battery life so far.

I had an earlier version of this, & loved it! There is absolutely NO PAIN, which wasn't true for a different product that I tried. It was like tweezers yanking out hairs at a fast pace! The Flawless one is so superior! Easy to use, & only takes a small amount of time. They have many other great products, too!

Well, I bought the Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover for Women, and I’m not sure if it’s because I’m just really good at growing facial hair or if this thing is secretly a magician, but I ended up returning it. First of all, it did work… sort of. The device is super easy to use—very sleek, no cords, and I felt like I was holding some high-tech beauty gadget from a sci-fi movie. The lights even made me feel like I was about to perform some sort of laser facial treatment, which, if I’m being honest, made me feel like I was about to be flawless. However, after giving it a few tries on my peach fuzz, I realized it was like trying to mow the lawn with a pair of tweezers. It took FOREVER. It did the job, but I was left there wondering if I’d somehow been transported to an alternate universe where patience was key. Plus, while it was doing its thing, it kind of just felt like I was massaging my face with a vibrating pen. In the end, I decided it wasn’t for me. I didn’t get the smooth, quick results I was hoping for, and honestly, I’d rather just stick with my trusty old razor (or even just embrace the fuzz at this point). But hey, if you have a lot of time and really enjoy a quiet, futuristic experience that’s not quite “flawless,” then this might be your new favorite tool. For me, though, it’s a return. 3 stars for effort, but I’m sticking to my razor.

Is this a "flawless" product? No, there are definitely flaws. But neither is it a worthless product. So this was hard to rate. Lemme preface my review by saying that I am an amateur crossdresser (not a drag queen tho). As such, when I shave, I shave my face, arms, armpits, legs, chest, and often around the pubic areas. And no, they don't all have the same thickness. So believe me when I say this got a pretty heavy test. My initial rating of this product was not great. It has a weak motor and I don't particularly like the battery power aspect of it (half of the battery powered things we have seem not to work, as batteries tend to leak or fail at the worst times), and I tried it on the face where my thickest hairs tend to be. I wound up having to shave first, and then switched to my hand where it began to strip peach fuzz and long thin hairs off. "Okay," I said, "maybe this is only for women's hair or finishing up on pre-shaved hairs." But I tried again, and after awhile, I got the hang of how this works. It requires a few passes meaning you can't exactly do the one hour shaving before church thing. It is however fairly battery efficient, so I managed to shave my face, both arms, both legs, and the area in between the legs. In each area, after a fashion, I got silky smooth skin like I'd just waxed it or something. But of course, there are issues. It requires a lot of swift passes to do this, it requires opening the top quite a few times, and there's a fatal flaw. Occasionally, hair becomes lodged in the upper part of razor and basically stops the motor. When that happens, the light comes on, but there is no sound of the thing turning, and no hairs are cut. This happened about three times. Had I not had the proper tools handy (some tweezers and a screwdriver for glasses) this would have been a much much lower score. As it was, it was about a half-hour cleaning job each time. If Finishing Touch were smart, they would build a rechargeable version of this rather than just the battery operated one. And maybe make a small opening so hairs that are cut can be more easily forced outside. As such, I didn't exactly throw my old razors away, since I worried this might fail. But I got such a smooth comfortable shave (even on that infamously sensitive surface between my legs) that I didn't use the other razors after that initial shave on my face.
