I absolutely love this and don't know how I managed without it! It has taught me so many things about my basic health and areas I need to address, which are not what I originally assumed. It's all in the data and you no longer have to guess at what the issues are. I thought I was getting it for step counts, then it showed me I usually get plenty of exercise and steps. My real issue was sleep! That said, the heart rate monitor does motivate me to exercise harder to get into my cardio zone and I'm now running up hills and staying in cardio on my walks. The band: very comfortable. I never have an issue with it. The screen: You get what you pay for! In this case, it's a lower-end Fitbit so the screen is not fancy but it is functional. Images and resolution are clear. Watch app integration: OK, this could be improved. I never use most of what's on the watch but I do check my home screen often. I also tend to use the timer and the alarm. BUT you can't set the alarm on the watch. You have to do it on your phone, which defeats the purpose! Buzzers and notifications: The watch arrived with all settings and external notifications OFF. You actually have to set notifications and sync externals with your Fitbit. If you don't do this, then guess what? You'll never be bothered. It is possible that a slight (very slight) minority of the reviews complaining about this feature are legit issues. But the large majority of them are clearly user error. I almost didn't purchase this because of them but I'm glad I did. Charge: The 7-day charge was an important feature for me. I do basically charge it every 6-7 days. It's about 6 weeks old now and sometimes the battery runs low before the 7-day period, so I'm wondering what's going on. This is an excellent introductory device for health monitoring if you just want to check it out before spending a bunch of money. That was me. Or if you simply want a streamlined solution or are on a budget.

I've had an inspire 2 for almost a year now, and I've really liked it, so when this went on sale for like $60 I had to get one for my wife! She had a 5 year old fitbit alta or soemthing, and it didn't work too well anymore and she had stopped wearing it... She loves the new one! The fitbit app is pretty good, we both like it, and its fun to explore some of the stats from a run, bike, or swin, or your night's sleep. This doesn't have a built in GPS so it just connects to your phone if you want GPS tracking during exercises, and it doesn't give you like, the most intense and super detailed stats out there. I have a buddy who has an apple watch series 3 and the swim tracking is a lot more detailed (for example). But for basic info on your heart rate, steps, and exercise, this thing is great! Super light and comfortable, my wife and I both wear ours basically day and night. I don't even know how long between charges it lasts.... I charge it maybe once every two weeks or so? So long that I can't even remember haha! I like the slim profile, and you can get all (or none) of your notifications from your phone on the watch too- you can pick and choose which apps will give you a buzz and stuff which is nice.

I really like fitbit for my purposes. I do not care about accuracy for health. It is a good tracker. The app usually works well. I use the inspire 2 because it is the least expensive, and all the fitbits have the same flaw. The joint that holds the band to the watch is flimsy and breaks. The band is good, the watch is good, but never can the two reunite. The plastic groove that holds the band disintegrates and the pin has nowhere to attach. Then I need to buy a new one. This is my 4th fitbit, 3rd inspire. It could be that I have a pretty small wrist and the band cannot mold to my arm leaving a gap, While sleeping, it is possible that the band gets stressed from pressure on the bed. Not sure, but in it's tightest fitting, there is always a firm gap between the watch and band. I think if I had a wider wrist, my wrist would be able to fill the gap and prevent it from breaking. Nonetheless, it is a handy tracker, the last one lasted under 3 years. I would like to have it not break because the tech and the band are fine, but pretty useless, if I cannot wear it. I will be checking out the apple watch in the future. If the band molded to my wrist, I think it would last longer. I think fitbit could find a stronger joint than just an 1/8 inch of plastic on each end that disintegrates from the groove. That is my only complaint. The sleep and exercise and steps are all pretty spot on. The heart rate is good. The technology is nice especially for the price. I really miss the date and time, when I do not have it. Has anyone else had this experience? Just curious.

This watch is my first smart watch I've ever owned and I am pleased with the outcome. It is very sleek and takes like 7 days to die and it charges in like 1 hour. I use the step counter on it and the sleep tracking and it does both excellently. I also set notifications such as Whatsapp and phone, which helps when I leave my phone in another room. I have completely turned off the sound of my phone since my watch notifies me when I get a message or call. Lastly, I use my watch as an alarm. The vibration ensures I awaken every morning. I definitely recommend this watch. I will be upgrading the watch to another one next year, but I will still use this one for style. Update Dec. 5, 2023: Have had this watch for 2 years and even tho I got 2 other smart watches, I always go back to this one. The count steps and sleep monitoring is the best in any of the watches I have used. The bands did get messy but I switched one of the bands to a new one it came with. Still the best smartwatch I have owned.
