this hose is a good one. Let me count the ways: Install: very easy. It comes with a very smart design that you can twist the handle without needing to twist the hose around. It makes it so easy to put onto the spout and attach the sprayer on the other end. Color: I can actually see it. most hoses are black or grass/plant green, so they blend in with black garden liners or with grass and plants. Since this is a lime green it really sticks out and I can see it better. Much better for me cause I get so focused. Weight: excellent medium weight. It's not to light that it feels flimsy, and not to heavy that you feel like you're dragging a body around. It's lighter than a lot of those green heavy plastic ones. Strength: very strong. I accidentally pulled it while it was stuck on something sharp and it didn't cut through it amazingly. It also can handle tugging and pulling around very easily. Feel: Much better grippability than a regular hose. It's a softer texture and material, making it less likely to fall out of your hands. It also doesn't pick up and stick grass clippings all over it like the old hose. It's stays nice and clean looking. Water pressure - this hose is so darn long I thought it didnt' work at first. Turns out going that far took a hot minute. It's just as much pressure as my last hose, but this one is way better. Leakage - none at all. My last hose had issues where it connected to an extension hose, where it hooked up to the spout and at the sprayer end. This one has no leaks at all. I am so happy I didn't have to replace the spout or my fancy sprayer handle and it turned out the last hose before this one was just awful. Good price for this deal for sure!!! I am getting another one for my neighbor one for having taken care of my yard while I was away. The neighbor loved using it when over.

I purchased this 50 foot hose in April 2021. I really like the hose and thought so highly of it that I bought 100 foot hose in May 2021. I use these hoses quite a bit to water areas of my yard. About a year ago, I got a small leak in my 50 foot hose. I was a little disappointed, but didn’t do anything about it. Overtime the leak began to get worse and I actually considered buying a new hose. I went back to look at the possibility of ordering another one of these hoses. While looking at the hose, I was reminded that these hoses have a lifetime warranty. so I decided I would try see if they would replace the broken hose. I went to their website and contacted Support telling them that my hose had developed a leak and wanted to know if I could get a replacement. Two days later I got a response saying I should file a warranty claim by responding to the email they sent and provide pictures of my hose and if possible when I purchased it. Since I got it on Amazon, the purchase receipt was easy to find. I took some pictures with my phone and sent the email back. They asked me some questions about how I used and stored the hose. I thought maybe they were looking for a reason to deny my warranty claim. Boy was I wrong. I got a response the next day thanking me for the information and telling me that they were shipping a new hose and I should have it in the next 5 to 7 days. Quite frankly, I was stunned but very impressed. I never write reviews on stuff I purchase unless I think someone has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Their service was amazing and very easy. And they immediately honored their warranty. I’m not sure I will ever buy another hose other than a Flexzilla

I have a large back yard, a pool and a stationary hose reel bolted to the house that holds around 250 feet of hose (depending on the hose). During the summer especially, we use this hose a lot. The reel had 200 feet of pretty good quality, heavy duty residential hose on it. That hose lasted over 20 years but was starting to show it's age and had been repaired several times. What's more, my wife hated the stuff. Her primary complaint was how heavy it was. She really struggled to drag it around the yard or wind it back on the reel. So it was time to replace it. My criteria: brass fittings, reasonably heavy duty and durable, decent price. Her criteria, lighter! So I searched the reviews and looked at damn near everything amazon sells and picked this stuff. I ended up buying two 50 foot hoses and one 100 foot hose. So, here's what I think. The hose ends are heavy duty brass and well crimped. The little bits of plastic sleeve on each end are just branding and don't provide any other useful purpose. This isn't a criticism, just an observation. I cut them off. As others have mentioned, the female fittings are crimped a little tight. This makes it somewhat difficult to tighten them without twisting the hose. I put a little white lithium grease on mine and held the things in my hand - twisting back and forth until they lubed up and loosened up. No harm, no foul, I'd rather a little tight than loose. Once that was done, I connected all the sections and stretched the whole thing out in the yard. I connected one end to the faucet (hose reel), slapped a nozzle on the other end and turned on the water. It was a warm summer day, I let the hose fill with water and then went down the entire 200 foot length untwisting and straightening it all out. Then I left it bake in the sun for a couple hours under pressure. After that I turned off the water, and started inspecting the hose. I have about 80lbs of water pressure, left under pressure and cooking in the sun, the hose definitely swelled a little diameter wise, but no bulges or anything untoward. Connections all looked good, no leaks or malfunctions. So, I turned off the water and took off the nozzle and started winding it up on the reel. Now right away I could tell that this stuff was more pliable and significantly lighter then the hose it replaced. I carefully spooled it up on the reel and threaded a brass shutoff and brass quick connector on the end. That was the middle of June, 2023. It's now December 2023. The verdict. I like the stuff, and more importantly, so does my wife. From my perspective, I like the color, it's easy to see and find in the grass, I don't trip over it or worry about not seeing it before I run over it while cutting the grass (you can laugh, but that accounted for one of the previous "repairs" I mentioned earlier). Now, when you pull hose off a reel, it tends to come off pretty straight, which automatically alleviates a bunch of twisting and kinking issues. Still, as you drag this stuff around the yard it keeps its shape pretty well and doesn't twist up or kink. It's flexible and yet "stiff" enough to drag around corners without issue. The hose itself has definitely faded a little colorwise, the end that gets the most use is less orange then the hose that spends most of its time wrapped on the reel, but not unduly so. After a summer of use, I'd have to say it's held up well, without any signs of terminal wear and tear. What does my wife think? She loves the stuff. It's much easier for her to use and wind back up. She really is the primary user, she does 90% of the pool "stuff", plant tending, gardening and watering. If she likes it, I'm good. So, we'll see, in a couple more years, if this hose doesn't hold up, I'll come back and let you know. For now I'd have to say, if you need a new hose, try this stuff.

I've been using the Flexzilla 50' hose for about a month. It's noticeably lighter than my old rubber one, which makes it easier to drag around the yard. It doesn't kink much, though it can get a little twisted if you're not careful when unrolling it. The fittings seem solid, no leaks so far. Overall, it does what I need and feels like it'll last a while. Definitely a good buy for the price.

Very light weight and flexible but at the same time seems to be of very good construction quality. The fittings were very easy to tighten and I have 0 leaks from any of the ends. Will only buy Flexzilla going forward. I used some brackets to hold it up along the wall and it looks relatively discreet.

I love Flexilla hoses. They are lightweight, and flexible - so very easy to use and easy to carry. The swivel grip makes It very easy to attach a sprinkler or spray gun to this hose, without the hose kinking. The only complaint I have, is the color. The light color, gets dirty and grungy looking. I’d rather the hose was a darker color, so you couldn’t see the dirt sticking to the hose. The material is kind of sticky, so the dirt and mud stick to it.
