it works, i had no idea just how many gnats were getting inside. i had some trouble getting the plugs to fit our outlets - had to squeeze the prongs otherwise the thing just falls out of the outlet, but we have old outlets so probably not an issue with the product. so far (over a week in) no issues with it stopping working but will update if it does.

I was really hoping this would work. So far, not a single bug. No gnats, no mosquitoes. I know they are in the house because I wake up with bites on exposed skin. I had no trouble setting it up. Peeling off the paper was a little tricky but not bad. Just don't stop midway....once you get it started just keep pulling it off in a smooth continuous motion. Anyway, again, I'm super disappointed. UPDATE. After about a week in use, it began to get some hits. I now have maybe 5 dead mosquitos. In maybe three days? Every single one caught is a win. So, I will probably order another one of these units. I'm going to kick the rating up to four stars.

On the Sticky pad you have to pull white paper off to activate the sticky pad. The problem is I’ve bought two of these now and both of them are not easy to remove the paper!! I’m not kidding when I tell you it took me 10 minutes all my strength to pull that paper off and it kept ripping and everything was one big sticky mess! It is unbelievable extremely sticky, but you can’t get the paper off it ripped my hand touched the thing now my hand very very sticky. I can’t get it off my hand either! I tried all kinds of wash, nail polish remover and everything but turpentine, really annoying! So if you don’t mind dealing with it then buy it because it does work, but I’m not kidding when I tell you, it is hard to get that paper off! I think it could be less sticky and still be able to handle a little gnats and flies moths etc.! So unless it melted being delivered to me I don’t know….. BUT IT SHOULD’NT!!

I don't know why this doesn't work for the 1 stars'. I was skeptical about these things but my wife bought one. We were both shocked how well it works. Every now and then we'll even find a fly! Placing an order for refills today.

Excelente producto. Ha sido muy eficaz con esas pequeñas mosquitas de fruta que apenas y las ves pero q no puedes atrapar ni con la raqueta. Lo dejo encendido de noche y amanecen algunas ya muertas. Ya no me paso haciendo bizcos cuando las veo volar cerca de mis alimentos o frutas.
