This is a very good chair - especially for the price. You do need to assemble it but it is very easy to do so. The instructions are clear and everything you need to assemble the chair is included. It's not a long process it only has a few steps. It is the most comfortable chair I have tried in this price range. The bottom/cushion is good. I work 11-hour days and most of the time I'm sitting in this chair, and my butt feels fine. Nothing special about it but nothing to complain about either. The back of the chair is curved. It provides decent back support to me. It's better than my old chair so I'm happy. One thing I should mention about this chair is that the chair may not be good for bigger people. I am 5ft 9in and 195lbs. The arm rests on the chair are narrower than other chairs I've tried. I fit fine, I mean my body doesn't touch the arm rests when I sit in it, but just barely. If I were any bigger, I think I would have a problem fitting in the chair. Also, I'm used to just jumping into my old chair. My old chair had arm rests too, but it was wider. I can't really do this very well with this chair. Sometimes my butt hits the armrest, so I have to grab the chair and maneuver it around so I can sit in it. Not that big a deal, but there it is. There is a way around it however. You can just not install the arm rests if you want. Besides that, this chair is a fantastic chair. Exceptional considering the price. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing it.

Easy to assemble, smooth rollers, comfortable seat and back. Quality is good, and the price is unbelievable!

//EDIT (Oct 10, 2021)// It was a few months ago that this chair gave up the ghost. I'm the type to pretty aggressively lean back in my chair, for a while at times. About a year and a half after buying this seat, my bony, 140 pound butt ended up breaking one of the supporting beams - I guess you'd call them that? - that connects the back to the chair base, snapping clean through without much warning. This actually still left the chair fairly usable, honestly - a bit of electrical tape wrapped around the breaking point made the thing as good as new, though duct tape would have been better. Some months later, the other beam snapped in a similar fashion, leaving me with a chair which no amount of duct tape would fix the back of. All in all, the chair served me for a few months short of its two year anniversary before giving up. For the price - emphasis on the word price - this chair is still great. It's very comfortable, and I think it's year and a half durability is forgivable granted that this is so inexpensive. I'd have maintained my 5 star rating if it lasted to the two year mark, as I know that I abused the chair a bit, but I'd expect 140 pounds of person to be able to be a lil rough with a chair. //ORIGINAL (Aug 20, 2019)// After a lot of searching for chairs at or above this price point, the reviews on this one finally got me to settle on it... and I have no regrets. Assembling this chair can be a little rough if you get ahead of yourself and don't follow the directions as you're intended to. (Assembly quickly gets wonky if you put the arm rests on in the wrong order!) However, the directions ARE clear, and following them to the T makes assembly easy. What I will say about the finished product is that, while basic, it's definitely a better quality than I expected from such a cost-efficient product. It is solid, stable, and quite comfortable! The chair's raising/lowering mechanism is of just the right sensitivity, and the wheels roll smoothly. It's comfortable for quick or prolonged periods of sitting, for gaming/office work/any of your sitting needs. All in all, great product. It's nothing flashy, and it doesn't have to be. If you want a sturdy, comfortable, and simple office chair, you found the right one.

Not sure what it is lately. Every single thing I buy on Amazon is so underwhelming and ends up being complete junk. I really wanted to like this chair, however every time I sit on it it automatically goes down and I have to adjust it and then it slowly goes down while I'm working on it throughout the day causing pain in my wrists because I end up typing in an awkward position. For now this is what I got so I'm going to use it. But eventually I'm just going to go to a normal store and purchase something instead. Sick of feeling duped from Amazon, cheap Chinese garbage. I'm giving it a three because it looks nice. + It works for now, but you can't have an office chair that just looks good. You have to actually have one that works like it says it does.

Seat is advertised as 20"x20" but actually measures 19.25" wide and just 18.5" where the armrests connect, and the armrests angle inward to only 16.75" apart at their top edges. Our intended main user of this chair is 5'10", 215 lbs, and his thighs press against the armrests. It cannot be assembled sans armrests as they structurally support the back. The lumbar supports are good but low, being most pronounced at 3" to 5" above the seat, and make contact at the top of the hips if you try to sit back in the seat. The seatback slopes rearwards and makes basically no contact with you at points above the lumbar area unless you arch way back. The seat is firm and not very thick, and the recline tension can be increased just enough for a person of this weight. Recline can be locked only in the full upright position, and even when locked the chair still rocks back an inch or so. Seat height adjusts from about 17.5" to about 21". Materials overall are attractive; arms and back frame are a matte textured plastic which feels like it'll scratch easy. The fabric is a medium red that's bright without being garish. Assembly is easy if you pay attention to the three different screw lengths and make sure to use each one where it's called for. Overall an attractive lightweight office chair probably quite suitable for a smaller person. Not a chair for wide-bottomed manspreaders. Should not be represented as especially ergonomic or larger than average.

Honestly for the price it does its job, it beats a lot of other chairs for the price. It supports my posture for the most part. I would say it is a bit hard to sit on at first but as time went on you adjust to it. Additionally make sure you tighten the screws properly and try to line up as best as you can, set up is quick however make sure you adjust the screws properly.

Chair as promised - easy to assemble and very comfortable. Had an issue with delivery - Canada Post stated that they tried to deliver, but really they just make you go to the post office. I explained issue to customer service and was pleased with the follow up and the request for information on what courier is best to use in my area.

While assembling the chair I found the plastic was not of very good quality and fixing the screws was becoming difficult. The worst part of this chair is the seat cushion which is very poor quality, when I sit I feel I am sitting on a flat wooden bench :-(
