Its a very comfortable and sturdy chair the only small critique i have is that the lower back pillow that you can attach tends to be a bit too stiff for my taste. This in no way should detract from a purchase i just dont always like it so stiff so i remove it every so often and put it back on when i want to keep my posture healthy.

Extremely comfortable chair with a sturdy feel, but with a few worrying caveats, which is why I can't give it 5 stars. The chair itself seems extremely well made, and to my lament's eyes when putting it together, had some well made bolts and materials holding it together. However, I found out a week later, and roughly every few weeks afterwards, that the bolts would continually loosen, forcing me to constantly have to keep the tools on-hand to retighten them again. For reference, I'm 200lbs UNDER the rated weight of this chair, so this was an issue I'm very surprised I'm having. On the service side, this chair comes with 2 adjustable pillows, and the elastic strap on one of mine was severed and broke before I even got to use it the first time. I contacted Amazon, who told me my options were to disassemble the entire thing and send it back, or to directly contact the manufacturers of this chair. After being given two different emails to contact them, both eventually came back as unrecognized emails. I probably wasn't going to use one of these often anyways, but it's still something for any future customers to be aware of.

I'm a big guy with a bad back. Sitting for a long time is very difficult and after 20 mins, I'm in terrible pain. I saw this chair, thought it looked good, thought I'd give it a try and bought it. It's great! It took a little assembly. But it comes with its own tool and all the screws, caps and parts you need, so you didn't need any other tools. It does look great in person. It's very solid, and most of all, very comfortable. I can sit in this for hours and my back doesn't give me any problems. I'm pretty impressed. I think it was worth every penny. Like I said, it's very solid. So I anticipate it's going to last a long time. Now I can work, play and just relax without winding up crippled. This was a good investment.

The chair is great and does everything that they say it does. The only downfalls I’ve found is: cushion is harder than what my preference is. lumbar support pad is way too thick to use. Footrest brackets are plastic. No issue yet but it looks like it would fail pretty quick. If i lasts for more than a couple of months without breaking ill update this part. The arm rest came in broken. Cant say it was the companies falt because the package was punctured when it arrived. Not gonna worry about sending it back because its an easy fix for me and you cant even see that it was broken now.

Doesn't have recline resistance, doesn't have even have a tilting mechanism. Didn't think to look specifically for these "features" since it was marked a gaming chair. This is not a gaming chair, it's barely an office chair. It was meant for my main office but is already in the guest room since the chair is horribly useless. Would return if Amazon didn't make it so hard to ship back.

Pour le montage le seul souci c’est que la notice était en allemand j’ai donc chercher une notice en français sur internet après explication le montage de la chaise a était plu simple . Es mi primera silla Gaming y no puedo estar más encantado.Me decidí por ella por un unboxing que ví en youtube y desde luego la silla tiene una calidad innegable. Hiper comoda,regulable en multitud de aspectos y con unos altavoces traseros que sinceramente te sorprenderán,tanto por la calidad de sonido que tienen como por su potencia a pesar de su tamaño. Como notas negativas tengo dos: la primera es que en la publicidad de las fotos de amazon del producto,en los altavoces aparecen unas luces/brillos que hacen pensar que son leds decorativos del color de la silla,en mi caso rojo pero no lleva leds es un adorno que ponen a modo de publicidad,me puse en contacto con el fabricante y di mi opinion al respecto,pues puede llevar a engaño. La segunda es que el receptor bluetooth le cuesta a veces conectar en windows 10,incluso cuando ya has emparejado y usado los altavoces de la silla en el pc,al intentar volver a conectar hay algo que falla y no te deja. La solución que he encontrado para este problema es la siguiente: apagar el receptor y el bluetooth del pc,volver a encender el receptor de la silla,buscar los altavoces de la silla en el movil y conectar (conectan de inmediato) desconectarlos del movil,encender bluetooth del pc y arreglado,conecta a la primera. Es más sencillo de lo que parece. En definitiva una silla gaming de 10 y para las pesonas altas y con peso genial,yo mido 1,85m y peso 120kg y me va como un guante. Muy contento con la compra,recomendable 100%. Gtplayer me ha mandado un dongle de su marca y se han solucionado todos los problemas de conectividad de los altavoces de la silla,incluso funcionan con PS4!!! Super contento con el producto,con la atención al cliente y la calidad de gtplayer.
