These springs were the solution to fixing my garage door. Before it would only go down half the time, the other half of time it would close half way, then go back up. All I did was replace the springs and the problem was fixed. Door goes down perfectly and quieter.

Bought them in 2018, one broke in 2022, the other broke 12/2023.

I had ordered this product before and the springs were of good quality. So, I ordered another pair. The pair I received were dirty, rusted with the coating missing. They appear used and not new. In addition they were shipped in an undersized box and coiled to make them fit in the box. This was also different from how the first pair were shipped. The springs I am replacing are in better condition than these. I am disappointed with the quality for sure and will be returning them.

Spring were not as heavy duty as would have liked, but we installed them 2 weeks ago and work fine.

Not good quality. Bought a pair of these and installed to replace a broken spring that had lasted for 15 years. One of the replacement springs snapped in less than 3 weeks of use, and the second lasted only a few months.
